As she ran, Lopmon felt her speed began to fall back down as the effect of the card began to wear off. As it started happening, picking one of the few cards left from her chard deck that was still useable, she quickly swiped it calling out the name. “ Digimodify! Flame Breath Activate!” Upon doing so, Lopmon quickly shot another attack at the opponent now that it was powered up. “Blazing Fire!” called out Lopmon as she shot a larger ball of fire at the opponent. Afterwards she was breathing heavily, as her body slowed to a stop. It was then that Lopmon felt the paralyzing effects of the red eyes as she found her body unable to move. “ Lopmon!” cried out Yori in horror, she had to do something to help lopmon! But what could she do? Biting her lip, something…something…it was then that she remembered, she still had the crowbar! Grasping it in her hands, Yori took aim and reared back. She had one shot. Quickly, she threw it with amazing strength for a girl her age, throwing the sharp metal bar at the devidramon like a Frisbee.

"ARRRRGH!"
Although Devidramon was of the champion level, taking two Champion Level attacks to the face simultaneously was a lot, even for her. The attacks collided with her face, knocking her off balance and onto her back, whaling out loud in pain. She hadn't expected any attacks this powerful. They had really taken her off guard. But on the bright side, at least her paralysis seemed to have taken effect on them.. Zzzzziziz
"What the hell is wrong with me?!!!" Her data was phasing, and she had no control over it. It was obvious that if she took another hit, she would most likely be converted into digidust... that was... if the two of them somehow got back their ability to move before she could at least recover a little bit.

There were two things that Kazu noticed happening after the two Digimons' attacks connected with Devidramon and the fog began to lift with the card's effect wearing off. One, Devidramon was really hurt from the two direct hits as it was beginning to turn back into data. Two, both of their Digimon were frozen by Devidramon's Red Eyes attack. Kazu wasn't sure what he could do to change that before Devidramon would retaliate. This had been going so well up until a few seconds ago. He reached into his pocket to find a card that would make Hagurumon recover from paralysis, but all he had was a Digivice Card. It took him a few seconds to realize what he had just pulled out of his pocket, and when he did, Kazu slapped himself in the face. "I am such a dork. It is time to up this fight to the next level. DIGIMODIFY....DIGIVICE ACTIVATE." "Hagurumon digivolve too!"The card's effect began right away as Hagurumon began to emanate a bright light as his body began to change. His body's gears began to spread out and merge togethre to form a more sturdy body that had arms and legs. He pounded his newly formed fists together with joy as he had reach a form that he was used to.  "Guardromon!"Kazu looked at his partner with glee now that his partner had digivolved. "Alright Guardromon. It is time to end this fight while Devidramon is weakened." Guardromon sort of nodded as he raised his arms to attack. "GUARDIAN BARRAGE" Upon saying that, two missiles with faces and whistles popped out of compartments in his arms aimed for Devidramon. It was time to see just how much fight was left in the evil Digimon. |

Lopmon was frozen, and Yori’s attempt to throw a crowbar at the devidramon had failed. She wasn’t sure what to do now, she had one more card, only three from her deck had survived. But what good could it do? All she could do now was watch and wait, and hopefully things would pan out. She turned to see Hagurumon digivolve to guardomon, yes! That should help! Hopefully they could get out of this alright!

As she remained on the ground, Devidramon could hear everything that was going on even still, and what took her interest was the Digivolution which was occurring. Apparently, the humans even had the power to make digimon digivolve. That could hardly be considered fair. They weren't playing fair! She was about to die because of it. How could she escape this? There was no escape and to make matters worse, her data was still unstable.
"DAMN YOU PHUMONS!" There was still nothing that she could do about it, and soon, the missile barrage landed upon Devidramon and smoke scattered the area. Death was sure to come for her... and when the smoke cleared, they would find Devidramon was no more... or was she?
"Devidramon digivolve too..... "

When the dust and smoke cleared, they would see that Devidramon was no more, but in her place stood her new form... LadyDevimon, a Dark Digimon of the ultimate level, and she was by all means just as mean as Devidramon.
"Thank you humans... for pushing me past my limits. You have enabled me to digivolve... Now, I will ask you one more time... Where is Calumon?" |

A few seconds ago, Kazu was all happy about the fact that his partner had digivolved, but now that their enemy had Digivolved into an ultimate level Digimon was not really a good thing for either one of them. He doubted that the girl's Digimon would be able to digivolve anytime soon, and his last card was useless to him given the fact that Guardromon was Guardromon. "Alright, we need a new battle strategy for this. Guardromon, you need to distract LadyDevimon somehow."
Guardromon wasn't sure what Kazu was planning on doing, but he knew that it would be something to beat this Digimon. "WARNING LASERS" Two beams were emitted from his eyes at the evil temptress that had appeared before them. It might do some damage, but not enough to win this fight for them which is what they needed in the end. His main goal was to paralyze her temporarily to allow Kazu to do what he needed to do.
While Guardromon was distracting LadyDevimon, Kazu was making his way over to Yayoi as fast as possible. "Hey Yayoi, I need you to use this card on LadyDevimon. It is our only chance of bringing her down enough to where we have a chance of beating her. Just remember to give it back to me if we survive this." He held out the card to her, so that she would take and use it at the right moment. They only have one shot at this, and missing was not allowed at this point.

Yori grinned as the missles hit, yes! Did they win? As the smoke began to clear, Lopmon felt her body regain movement again as she stretched out, and heaved a sigh, falling back to sit on the ground. Was it…over? As the smoke began to clear, both Yori and Lopmon’s expression dropped. Instead of being deleted, devidramon digivolved into Lady Devimon. Oh crap… “ What’s a calumon?” Yori really was completely confused. She had never heard of a calumon before, lopmon however, knew WHO and WHAT calumon was, but she didn’t want to know the location. She didn’t want to risk the chance that she might be captured and forced to tell. It was best she didn’t know. “They do not know where Calumon is. Neither do I. That information is very secretive and very few know. With all the humans in this world it is unlikely you will find one that knows where he is.” said Lopmon, still standing her ground. But she had to admit, she was nervous. The enemy had digivolved to its ultimate form, and she was still unable to go champion, this wasn’t going to end well, they had to get out of here before it was too late. Yori suddenly realized that Kazu had made his way over to her, as he handed her a card. “ Right.” said Yori with a nod as she quickly swiped. “ Digimodify! Flamethrower Activate!” she shouted as she swiped the card through her digivice. Lopmon felt the power of the card as she used the fact that her small form wasn’t as noticeable to launch the flamethrower attack at lady devimon. Name: Flamethrower

This seemed more than easy enough. LadyDevimon had turned the tables with her digivolution, that much she knew. Nonetheless, she was still actually quite impressed with the growth rate of the Digimon who had partners. It was ridiculous how much stronger they had become just because they had someone, a child at that, fighting with them. She was certainly going to remember this. If they got stronger, she could only imagine how much more powerful the duos could become.
As the laser's came toward LadyDevimon, her body simply turned into a dark energy and she was converted into dark flames. Moments later, she'd reappear in front of Lopmon. This was at the same second that the flamethrower card had been activated. She would be forced to deal with that and quickly.
"Crimson Nail!" Her left claw grew bigger and the nails on them were engulfed in dark energy. Her hand pierced straight through Lopmon's attack and went toward the Lopmon. She'd grip Lopmon in her hands and attempt to squeeze the life out of her.

Kazu and Guardromon watched as LadyDevimon first dodged his attack and then cut through Lopmon's Flamethrower. He had thought that an Ultimate level attack would have been enough to at least slow down the evil witch. Now they were stuck in a situation where Lopmon was her prisoner basically, and Kazu had no plan as to what to do. "He isn't even here anymore. If Calumon was around, then Guardromon would digivolve to Andromon and kick your butt." Kazu was wished that Calumon was around because that would make things a lot easier, but he would just have to deal with the situation at hand the best way he knew how. He was going to have to hit her until she hurt.
Guardromon saw that Lopmon was in peril and did the only thing that he could do. He flew right behind her and attacked again. "GUARDIAN BARRAGE!!" Two more missiles with facial expression came out of his arms and went straight at her at full speed. While this was happening, Kazu began moving toward the crowbar that Yayoi had thrown earlier in the fight. He was going to try and cause a distraction that might give the girl and her Lopmon enough time to get out of the warehouse, so they could go get help or something. "Where are all my kick butt cards at when I need them most?"

“LOPMON!” Cried out Yori in horror as ladydevimon grabbed her. “Ah! I don’t know anything! An neither do they!” she shouted at her. It was true, she really DIDN’T know anything, well that wasn’t completely true. She knew calumon was in the human world, but that’s all she knew. And it wasn’t all that helpful.
Yori couldn’t just stand there and watch that demon hurt lopmon! She needed to do something! But what could she do? Maybe she could try reasoning with lady devimon once more, they had to do something! She couldn't just stand there and watch lopmon get crushed! “Why do you want this calumon. What makes him so special?” asked Yori, she wanted to know why this demon was so intent on finding an unknown digimon, to the point where she risked dying…
