Kazu watched as the girl got knocked back from the impact of Devidramon's tail to the ground. He grew concerned about her well being, but it left when he saw that she was okay and now armed with a crowbar. It was a lot better than the broom he had started out with, which he had found one of the pieces to. Now he had a short wooden spear that was not that impressive, but it made Kazu feel a little bit better about their current predicament. The girl had asked him another question, which he thought had been answered previously but apparently the shock of what was going on was not letting everything make it past the girl's filters. "Yeah, those were Digimon fighting the D-Reaper. Well Digimon and humans anyway."Then something unexpected had happened that made Kazu think that things were going to returning to the way they were before as a Lopmon that was similar to the one that Henry's sister had came out of nowhere to attack Devidramon, which made the evil Digimon even more angry. The bunny Digimon told Devidramon to leave, which Kazu knew was not going to change the evil Digimon's mind. This was proven as it had said it was going to eat them and then came at Kazu like Guilmon going after bread. "I don't think so. COMMAND INPUT" Two streams of energy came from behind Kazu aimed at Devidramon to stop the Digimon's attack. He looked behind him to see floating mass of three gears coming to his aid. He got the feeling that usually brought tears to normal people's eyes, but not him. He got this feeling of confidence at the fact that the tables were about to be turned around. "How is it going Kazu? Do require my assistance again?"  "Dude, you are a sight for sore eyes, but did you shrink again?" Kazu didn't care that his partner was not back to his champion level self as that only took one swipe of a card to get him back to normal fighting level. He looked over at the girl to see how she was dealing with the new arrivals, and whether she was ready for what was about to happen. "So what is your name, miss? I figure we should get to know something about each other, since we are going to be fighting on the same side at the moment. Mine's Kazu by the way." |

“ Oh I see….wow…real digimon…” Yori muttered before the appearance of lopmon. Lopmon might be small, but she was holding her ground. She knew that she was at a disadvantage because of her size, but she wasn’t going to let that stop her. She was actually a bit surprised she had reverted back to lopmon. She had been a lekismon before transferring to this world, odd. But now wasn’t the time to wonder why she shrunk, she needed to get Devidramon to get back. “Hello Devidramon. You will not be eating any humans today. Please return now, I don’t want to fight you but I will if you do not cease now.” she said. She was about to jump to save the male when another digimon appeared and protect him. They seemed to know each other to. Suddenly Yori stopped, as something inside her bag began to glow. Opening it she pulled out a fresh new Digivice, as she stared at it in awe. It looked a little different form the ones in the show, but this was definitely a digivice! Lopmon suddenly felt like she really HAD to protect Yori now, even if she couldn’t digivolve right now, she would still do what she could to protect her. Yori turned to Kazu when he introduced himself as she nodded. “<B>Yayoi, but you can call me Yori.”</b> she said and smiled at him. Well, at least now they stood a fighting chance now that they had digimon to aid them. |

Devidramon's attention was taken away from the boy as she soon bore witness to Hagurumon's attacks. Little baby Digimon were coming out of everywhere like insects. This had to be His doing. She couldn't accept this as a coincidence. He was trying to thwart her master's plans. She knew that much for sure. In any case, she stopped fighting for a moment and turned to face the humans. She needed the information.
"Where is Calumon?" She asked them. "If you tell me, I will spare your lives." |

"Well it is nice to meet you, Yori." Kazu turned back to Devidramon with this more determined look in his eyes. They were going to win now because no champion was going to beat him and Hagurumon in a fight. Now all they needed was a strategy that would guarantee their victory, but that would be difficult with the cards that Kazu had brought with him. He held one in his hand while their enemy started questioning them about Calumon, which only he knew about since Yori had not been with the original group two years ago. "How about you leave now or I don't have my buddy here load your data?"
Hagurumon knew that there was no way that Devidramon was going to do that so he glanced at Kazu who gave him a slight nod, which was a signal to just start the attack already. "DARKNESS GEAR!" Hagurumon flung a gear at the Champion level Digimon aimed right for its ugly mug, while Kazu flipped out a card and his D-Arc. Now was where he put his plan into motion with the hope that Yori would catch on to what he was thinking. "DIGIMODIFY,...DENSE FOG ACTIVATE!"
Now all he needed was for Yori and Lopmon to continue the assault, but he wasn't sure how fast she was going to react to the sudden lack of visibility that was being used to cover their attacks. It was kind of a double edge sword of sorts as it limited both of there attacks, but hopefully that wouldn't matter in a few minutes. "Let's see how this guy reacts to that, Hagurumon. Maybe we are going to get lucky on this one. Or this is going to come back and bite us in the rear end. Either way, we still have my trump card for a situation like this."

Where is calumon, the devidramon had asked. “ Calu..mon? I have never heard of that type of digimon before…” she muttered, and Yori thought she was very knowledgable about digimon, but she had never heard of a ‘calumon’ before. Why did this digimon want that one? What made that digimon so special? “They don’t know! They are just kids. And wherever Calumon is, you wont find him.” said Lopmon, though even she didn’t know where calumon was. The less who knew the better. Yori watched as Kazu used one of his cards on his digimon, you could do that? As the fog began to gather, Yori got an idea as she reached into her bag and pulled out a card. Mimicking what she watched Kaze do, she called out. “ Digi Modify! Speed Activate!” Swiping the card through the slot on the D-Arc Digivice, Lopmon suddenly felt a burst of speed as took to running. She leaped on a crate where she could watch Devidramon from above the fog, she was prepared to act if Devidramon kept up her assault on the children. Speed

It didn't appear that either of her assailants had any intention of answering her question. Was it that they didn't know the answer, or simply that they wished to avoid answering it? They couldn't possibly be trying to protect the little Digimon at a time like this. Not when their lives were on the line. She certainly wouldn't hesitate from killing them, especially if they were going to be this persistent on not giving her the information.
"ROOOAR!" Devidramon cried out. She now knew that they were not going to hold back in their little fight and that they planned to attack her. The attack came toward her and the Darkness gear hit her in the face. The damage it caused wasn't substantial, but once again it was enough to annoy her. She looked around herself, noting the fog that was forming. Little did they know that the fog wouldn't hinder her much at all with her developed and crimson red eyes.
"Stupid Phumons! Crimson Claw!" The Devidramon then wasted no time in smashing her right claw down upon the Hagurumon should her attack land. |

With the fog filling up the room, Kazu couldn't really see whether or not his attack had actually hit or not. "So how do you think the fight is going?" His question was directed to no one in particular as he couldn't really tell who all was still near him. Kazu slid his hand into his pocket for another card just in case he needed another one, which he probably would given the fact that two on one may be better odds but only if everyone is the same level. Unfortunately for them, Devidramon was one level higher than Lopmon and Hagurumon.
The words Crimson Claw signaled to Kazu that something bad was about to happen to one of them. "Aarrgghhhh." Kazu looked to his left to see that Hagurumon was pinned down by Devidramon's claw. "HAGURUMON!!!!!!" This was looking bad, and he had only one solution to this whole problem. He slid another card through his D-Arc in order to save his buddy. "DIGIMODIFY,....TELEPORT ACTIVATE" Within seconds, Hagurumon disappeared from underneath Devidramon's claw and reappeared a foot to the left of where he had previously had been.
"Our only chance is a combined attack. You need to get Lopmon to hit Devidramon from above, while Hagurumon attacks from down here." Kazu wasn't sure if the girl had heard him or not, but it didn't matter at this point. "COMMAND INPUT" Hagurumon sent another pair of data stream blasts in the direction from whence the claw came. Whether they hit or not would not be known until they heard something from Devidramon.

Lopmon saw Hagurumon get attacked. Before Kazu told Yori that she needed lopmon to attack, lopmon had already jumped into action, diving down from the crates and attacking while falling. “Blazing Fire!” she shouted as she shot out bits fire at the devidramon. She was using her speed to run circles around the devidramon, running in and out of the fog. Yori was still a little lost, after all this was a rather…intense situation for her to come into, her first experience with real digimon being a life and death battle. But she was learning. Yori wasn’t standing too far away from the flames as one of them flew at her. It hit her hands as she gasped, dropping her card deck. “ Ah! Oh no!” she shouted as she quickly began trying to put out the flames and picked up her deck. She frowned, her deck was ruined, only a few of the cards seemed useful. Turning her attention back to the battle…this was quite the setback… ((decided to wipe out her deck so she has a reason to only be using a few cards XDDD lol)) |

Damn... Those rookie Digimon are doing well... It's all because of those tamers, but they have no idea how much they are going to regret their decisions.
Hagurumon had narrowly evaded her attack. This fight seemed so tedious. Their little attacks weren't harming her at all. If anything, they were only further annoying her. It didn't matter. She would still destroy them all regardless. It was only a matter of time. Still, the attacks were coming from everywhere due to their tamers. She felt one hit her in the back leg, and then it was followed up by another one in the face. Okay... that one stung!
Devidramon remained still. She didn't move for a couple of seconds. Instead of moving, however, her eyes began to glow as she initated her next attack, and if they saw it, which would be made even more likely in this fog, the Digimon would be unable to move.

We are giving it all the got, but we're barely putting a dent in this thing. What do I have to do in order to bring this thing down? This fight was worrying Kazu as he was running out of usable cards in combination with Hagurumon. If only he had known that this was going to happen, then he could have snagged more cards to use against Devidramon. He wished that Takato or Henry were here to back him up right now as they were better tamers than he was.
His concern for his partner's safety only grew as he heard Devidramon say Red Eyes, which was not good for anyone. "I got to act fast if I want to save the two of them. DIGIMODIFY..... DIGICANNON ACTIVATE." It was time to show the overgrown dragon what it was going to get if it came to the human world to pick a fight.
Hagurumon noticed the red eyes, but he got momentarily distracted by the fact that his right gear was transforming into Gorillamon's Cannon. "ENERGY CANNON" He fired it at the Red Eyes right before he started to feel the paralysis from Devidramon's assault. It was a last ditch effort to save them at this point, but the likelihood that it was going to work was slim. Kazu figured that Hagurumon was probably beginning to lose control of its body, and there was nothing that he could do at this point but wait to see what their last attack would do.
