Shinjuku Park, usually quite the romantic spot at night, yet this time, this title would be questioned by many. As couples of all ages sat together in attempt to watch the stars and the moon above, they would be interupted by the quick covering of a cloud of fog. As the mist began to blank the surrounding area, a large shadow began to emerge from within its depths.  For many people, the thought of actual demons living among them was childish, this would change tonight as eyes would clearly see two black wings and horns upon this creature. Yet, no screams emerged from their lips, perhaps they were too stunned by the mere fact that their doubts had just been destroyed forever. But for Devimon, the look of terror on their face was rewarding enough. It was just a shame that he didn't have time to destroy them...He had a much bigger prize to look for... "Now...To find a Calumon...Where would one search?" |

Takato had been inside the usual place remembering his time with Guilmon and the gang. He gave a soft smile while looking at the last hole that Guilmon had dug before he and the rest disappered. That same exact place that they had went to the digital world in. Wouldn't be awesome if the port was still there? Takato began to go into the tunnel before he saw the fog. There was a digimon bio-emerging nearby!
Takato quickly getting out of the hole totally forgetting about checking the hole for a digi-port and went to see what digimon had bio-emerged, after all it might have been Guilmon or one of the others. As he walked up to the fog he took a big breath and put on his goggles and felt very happy about acutally putting his goggles over his eyes again. He then gave a smile and ran into the digi-fog.
As he entered the fog he couldn't believe his eyes. Wasn't this the digimon that tried to make Rika his partner?! No....The coloring was diffrent....This one was black and the other was light blue. If he remembered right, the other one was called IceDevimon. Meaning this one would be.....Devimon! He gave a nod and ran further into the fog.
Then he heard the name....Calumon! He knew Calumon's name! Wait...maybe this digimon was up to no good. After all the other Devimon had been up to no good.....But all digimon are diffrent. After all look at Gulimon and Renamon or Calumon and Impmon. They were like day and night. Maybe this one was day and night to IceDevimon as well....
"Hey Devimon, How do you know Calumon?" said Takato looking up at Devimon almost straining his neck.

Momentai! Henry flinched, fighting the urge to check his digivice again. This week had been quite miserable for him. After Terriermon and the others had to return to the digital world, he had spent weeks being depressed, and angry at his father for not warning him. But he had eventually got over it. He knew the chances of seeing his partner ever again were very very slim, and his father had meant well by not mentioning the consequences of their plan to defeat the D-Reaper.
Now though, out of no where, he seemed to be hearing Terriermon's voice everywhere. "How can I relax? I miss you." He muttered, pulling out his D-power again, to find what he hoped to be some sign of the bunny like digimon, only to be met with the same blank screen it always was. Sighing, he pocketed the digivice and headed into Shinjuku Park.
The place sure brought back memories, good and bad. It was pretty much their hangout when they weren't off fighting some evil digimon. It was also where they saw their digimon return to the digital world. He began walking toward the shed where Takato had kept Guilmon. However, he didn't get there before something more startling happened -- a digital field had appeared. By simple instinct, he ran right for it, slipping his shades on as he entered the thick fog.
It wasn't until he had actually seen the digimon inside that he realized he shouldn't be there. Without Terriermon, there wasn't anything he could do against an enemy digimon. Especially this Devimon. He was about to make a run for it, when the Devimon spoke of trying to find Calumon. Henry couldn't imagine his intentions being any good if he was looking for the catalyst of digivolution itself.
To his surprise though, he wasn't alone. Not far from him, Takato had entered the field as well. "Takato!" Henry called, running to him. He frowned, glaring at the Devimon as Takato asked the digimon how he knew Calumon. He shook his head. "Better yet, what do you want with him?" He demanded. Hanging around with no means of defending themselves was probably not the most intelligent thing to do, but he couldn't turn around when some evil looking digimon was trying to get his claws on Calumon.

Devimon looked down towards Takato and smirked as he stared at the human. It was funny, he could very easily kill this child with just a swipe of his claw. There would be no problem to this, yet he also wished to gain information for his quest. So far, it appeared as if this boy might know something of Calumon...
"My reasons are my own...Besides, what digimon doesn't know of the catalyst?"
It was then that he turned his attention to Henry, a smirk emerging over his lips while he knelt down to so what save his own neck the trouble of always looking down. Humans were indeed insects, what a waste of life to be so small and helpless.
"Though enough talk humans. Tell me of his where abouts so that I may....have a chat with the little fellow...hahaha.."

Takato gave Devimon a blank look before giving a smile and laughed a little....Who indeed didn't know about Calumon, especially since the major mega digivolution that he did to fight the d-reaper.....
Takato began to think to himself, could he really trust this Devimon.....No, not yet, he had no information of his own yet on this digimon. For all he knew, he could want to beat Calumon and load his data.
Just as that thought crossed his mind, he heard a familiar voice. Takato looked around franticly until he saw the green tinted glasses that he came to recognize. It was Henry! Had Henry been there the whole time, or did he just arrive? Whatever, it was good to see his old friend. "Hey Henry, like old times huh, we're just missing Rika." said Takato with a small smile until Henry asked Devimon what he wanted with Calumon. That was indeed the main quiestion.
Takato didn't like Devimon answer that much, with the 'talk' part and the evil laugh at the end.....it wasn't that convincing. "Even if I did know where Calumon, I wouldn't tell you! You just want to load his data!" said Takato trying to get some info out of this Devimon before he and Henry both had to make a run for it.

Henry gave Takato a half-hearted smile. If only it was just Rika missing. At least then they would be able to defend themselves. If it were just like old times, they wouldn't be sitting here like defenseless ants waiting for Devimon to step on them. They were on their own here, and they were pretty much useless without their digimon partners. All they could pretty much do was glare and think angry thoughts at this digimon, while he could kill them with a single swipe of his claws.
As much as he didn't want this digimon to get his hands on Calumon, getting themselves killed was definitely not going to help anyone. He went close to Takato and whispered in his ear. "Takato, we need to leave now! This isn't like old times -- the only thing on a wild digimon's mind is either finding a tamer or fighting. We are already claimed, and fighting him on our own would be suicide!" He then began to try and lead Takato out of the digital field. However hiding his actions from the Devimon was not so easy as hiding his words, and the evil digimon would easily be able to notice their escape...

As Henry had predicted, the digimon did indeed notice his attempt to lead Takato out of the field. With a slam of his claw, he quickly blocked their path, his sharp red nails pointed directly towards the teen.
"Leaving so soon? I'd say thats somewhat rude. But then, humans aren't exactly known for their manners...or their common sense for that matter..."
Devimon then grinned towards them as he released a chuckle from the back of his throat. He was now just toying with them, since it was obvious that he could kill them at any time. But why spoil the fun so soon. Even if they didn't tell him about Calumon, that didn't mean he couldn't enjoy himself...

"Henry, you know that I won't run away, that's not me. If we were to leave, he could hurt Calumon!" said Takato as the red claw landed in front of him and Henry. Takato gave a grunt and looked at the Devimon, now he was just gonna play with him and Henry until he was ready to destroy both of them.
Takato gave a sigh, how he wished Guilmon was here right now.If he was he would be able to take down Devimon without a sweat. Same with Henry, if Terriormon was here, they could finish Devimon off like he was nothing.
Takato gripped his digivice thinking of all the moments that he had with Guilmon. Every single battle, every single bio-merge, every time they ate bread together....well, every time HE ate bread. All those memories....
Without Takato's noticing, his digivice started to glow a brilliant light. His digivice was going crazy....What was happening without the teen knowing about.

"How is getting ourselves killed going to change anything about that? There is no way we can win this! We don't have digimon remember?" Henry hissed, going from leading Takato, to down right dragging him. He didn't care if Takato would be angry with him later, but Henry preferred his friend to be angry more than dead. He couldn't let him put himself in danger like this, especially when no good would come from it. He wasn't about to lose another friend.
However, all hope of escape faded as Devimon's claws came down, blocking his path, while his other claws pointed straight at them. "You know it's rude to block someone's path?" He shot back, not being able to think of anything else to do. Nothing... Just great. This was useless. Devimon was preparing to shred them and there wasn't exactly much he could do to prevent it.
Suddenly, his digivice began to glow, as did Takatos. "Momentai Henry!" Came Terriermon's voice again. Great. He was going to die, and his last memory was that he was going insane from missing Terriermon and hearing voices. "Henry!" Came the voice again, though now that he thought of it, the voice was louder than usual. Seconds later, a weight landed on his head.
Henry looked up, hardly believing his eyes as he saw Terriermon blinking back at him from atop his head. "Terriermon! I thought I'd never see you again!" He gasped, happy to see his partner again. Suddenly his current predicament was forgotten, everything seemed right in the world. However, he was snapped back to reality quickly as Terriermon shouted at him.
"We can have happy reunions later, now's the time to show this guy some real manners!" Terriermon shouted. Henry nodded, pulling out his modify cards. "Digimodify! Digi Cannon Activate!" said Henry as he swiped the card through his digivice for the first time in two years. Terriermon struggled for a moment to lift the cannon that formed on his arm, but managed to point it at Devimon. "Gorilla Cannon!" Terriermon called out, and a blast of energy was blasted towards the Devimon.

Effect: The Digimon who is modified by this card will have an arm/tail or some other body part transformed into Gorillamon's Cannon, or will altogether grow a limb for the cannon. This will allow the Digimon to use Gorillamon's Gorilla Cannon attack and fire a Champion Level blast from the cannon.

This was not expected by the devil like digimon. The fact that these humans had digi-vices was bad enough, what was worse was now digimon were coming to their aid. The odds were slowly coming against him, slowly. He was still at the advantage.
"Do you think that such a small digimon could scare me!? I am..."
It was in the middle of that sentence that the cannon blast connected into the Devimon's face, causing him to stumble back for a moment. As large as he was, that small cannon had managed to knock him back. Holding his face for a moment, the digimon roared as as he sent his free claw towards Henry and Terriermon, attempting to grab them, and then crush the life out of them.
