- It saddens me to hear that yet another order was brutally destroyed in such a manner... This ... Parallelmon truly is a monster. We you arrived to us with this information earlier, we would have deployed scouts to look for him and gather any information they can... But we have a bigger issue standing here... - the angewomon said, looking out the window, where the dark legions and their banners were seen from afar. They were closer than you might think, and what was worse, they were everywhere... It was a bit far-fetched to talk about myotismons, parallelmons and whatnot, they had to survive somehow first...
... And as if she were a fortune-teller, her words proved true almost immediately, as a weird, swooshing sound was suddenly heard from afar, from somewhere in the camps. And a few moments later a big boulder landed in the middle of the street, breaking into parts and spraying the surroundings with improvised shrapnel. Soon more sounds like that were heard, and more stones started landing far and below. One of the projectiles hit the upper floor of the complex they were in, and the whole building shuttered from the impact. Fortunately nobody was there, and no one was harmed ... yet...

"I agree, let's get out of here and protect the city!"
The angewomon had no need to say anything, Ciel was more than ready to go back into action, she even told to herself "I have to stop the demons" and not even becoming a zombie would stop her from fulfilling her mission. However, that boulder that almost made the building they were in collapse made her think again in Tylo, he was still in the hospital and he was needed to shootdown those boulders with his missiles to reduce the damage.
"But first I must get back my companion, I think he should be feeling well enough to help now and his missiles are perfect anti-air projectiles"
Hopefully Tylo was fine and could help again, he was the best battleship Ciel had ever met in her lifetime and would do wonders defending the city

The aforementioned shark, in the meanwhile, was having a nice little dream about something involving water, speed, races and winning, of course, when these pleasant thoughts were interrupted by loud banging noises, shuttering of the walls, and crippling stones falling here in there. A wakeup call to a harsh and unforgiving reality. No races, water or pretty cheerleaders for him, only death and war. You wish to be an elite guard? Well, here's your training run. Survive it - and you will be the baddest digimon in the oceans. Of course, he never knew what awaited him, upon entering ... the warzone.
- Teeeeeeeeeaaaaacheeeeer! - the shark yelled as he stampeded around the place, not finding the winged angel anywhere. Finally somebody he accidentally pushed showed the big yet childish shark the way, seeing where the dacmon went, and the tylomon went through there, and sooner or later would find the illusive angel girl. He did, just soon after another stone crashed near the building they were in.
- Teacher teacher, we're under ... whoa. - the shark was stopped in his tracks, as he glared with a confused look. He looked for an angel, and did not expect to find ... two. And since this was the second time he saw an angel aside from Ciel - first time being the slashangemon - he was quite amazed. No wonder others always viewed the angel race superior ... they were very pretty.
- Err... attack. - the shark ended his proposition, and scratched behind his back with his fin, sheepishly.

"Tylo, good to see you are feeling fine now"
It was really impressive how fast dinosaur digimon healed their injuries, if weren't because he still had a few stitches on his spear wounds. no one would think he was moderately injured in battle, and he was full of energy as well, something quite natural for the hyperactive tylomon.
"I know it's still to early, but if you can fight, join us in the defense of the city, every able soldier should be helping in the effort to repel the demon army and I'm sure you are the most fitted to stop the boulder siege"
Ciel had much trust in the tylomon's capabilities for war, he was after all a "battleship" in his own words and he proved his worth many times in the past. Oh, and she forgetting about telling something to the tylomon.
"And she is Angie, the angewomon we were looking for, but that doesn't really matter now, we have to hurry and stop the siege!"

- Nice to meet you Angel... I meant Angie. I'm Tylo! - the shark replied with a mix of sheepishness and excitement, and almost forgot about the bombing outside, but another stone flying by with a swooshing sound and crashing into a house, leveling it down, brought him back to reality again. No time for fun and talk, he is needed to help out people who cannot defend themselves. The screaming of injured under the collapsed hut confirmed it.
Tylo felt immensely proud when the teacher stated that he was best suited to protect the city from the improvised artillery barrage, being a digimon who took great pride in his offensive capabilities, and if such words of praise were coming from his one and only teacher, he was ready to double his efforts just to prove she was right in placing her confidence in him. Sure, a few of his wounds, especially the deeper one, still hurt, but that was nothing, you don't need to move much when shooting missiles.
- As long as I can move I can fight. You can count on me teach, no projectile will pass my anti-air perimeter grid! - he said confidently, wishing his confidence to be shared by the rest, and without any delay went outside. People were dying, he had to do something!

The angewomon would have risen her eyebrow, when she heard a childish voice calling out for some "teacher", and was even more surprised when she saw the weaponized mechanized shark coming out of the doorway, and understood said voice belonged to him. But this was not the end to her amazement, she had yet to find out that the shark called the darcmon teacher, which was ... quite unexpected. She fiured this out after a brief conversation that followed.
She felt a bit distorted when this weapon-packing razor-finned dino-shark monster called the darcmon "teacher". Angels did not hold the dinosaurs in much favor due to their extremely violent nature, and the angewomon, despite her virtues, wasn't an exception. She did not show it in any case, however, simply nodding in a form of a greeting, and felt a bit relieved when the shark went by to defend the city. He was on their side, after all.
- Teacher? - the angel sounded a little bit incredulous, voicing her curiosity. - It is a bit ... strange that you took an apprentice among the dinos, they are not exactly known for their kinder virtues... And he's not a holy-type either - she carefully voiced her doubts...

"Excellent Tylo, that's the attitude of somebody who wants to become a royal guard"
She still hadn't forgotten that the shark's original reason to follow her was to become awesome enough to be a royal guard, so it only fair to tell him that lately he was shaping into good royal guard material, he really deserved the praise and in this time of war he could show of what he was made of. Then she heard Angie talk and it was a bit weird that angels here were so picky with the digimon they tagged along.
"He might be a non holy dinosaur, but between them there are many who can show virtue, and Tylo in particular was born and raised in the peaceful Ocean region. And I believe virtue is unneeded when you are a warrior as long you follow the warrior's code"
The angels were being massacred for god's sake! They didn't have to be so picky about who helped them as long they helped. Ciel herself no longer held in high regard virtuous traits and simply lived like a wandering warrior who helped only those she wanted to help and attacked those he wanted to defeat, she even let live those who fought with them in honorable battle as long the foe showed honor as well.

... As that conversation ended, our heroes were called upon th defend what was left of the city once more. And there was a significant threat to defend it against. Each of the stones launched from the enemy encampments was at least hundredweight, and caused much damage upon hitting anything. Not anyone was able to find shelter in time, and suffered greatly from the bombardment. Already several digimon died because of it, and the enemy did not intend to stop.
The attacks were not coming from the demon encampment, however. Maybe they found it beneath them again to use such indirect tactics to win, or maybe it was a part of a plan. No matter, it was pretty obvious the projectiles came from the side of a newly-arrived army. They must have had someone, or something to lift and toss these giant boulders... And judging by the looks of the city, they survived a couple of such barrages in the past before... But how many could they withstand before a lucky shot would cause decisive damage?

Tylomon was not happy when he saw how many stones exactly were being launched at the city at one moment. There was at least a dozen going in the air in a minute, and the enemy did not look like they were going to run out of those any soon. Fortunately, the enemy fire was quite sporadic - it was not concentrated on one particular spot, otherwise the damage would have been too great and instant. That saved the beleaguered defenders ... for now.
- Eat missile! - the Tylomon exclaimed and launched a few of seeker missiles from his mouth at a few incoming stones that were flying in the hospital's direction. He was not able to protect the whole city, but he'd at least try to protect the hospital. As the missiles hit and the air filled up with explosions, the rubble fell down unto the ground, no longer packing lethal force in it.
- Teacher! Teacher! Can you fly into air and see where they are tossing the stones from? Maybe I will be able to nail them from here? - the shark asked, spitting a few more missiles at the stones. He had a point - his missiles weren't infinite, and not all of the enemy projectiles he can destroy, but ... he could try destroying the enemy "artillery" somehow...

Tylo's performance during the siege was superb, he had battleship-grade precision with his missiles and reduced as many of those boulders as he could into painful but not lethal smaller rocks that rained on them and as much scratched a little the helmets many of the angels wore, it's not like there were many people around in the open, with most of them being inside the buildings.
"Ok"
As per Tylo suggested, Ciel few high into the air and from where the last batch of boulders came she saw ... catapults? That was strange, demons weren't known for using gadgets and instead relied in their dark powers to do their bidding, if they wanted to siege with giant boulders, they would use their own powers to do it. She could also see something green next to the large catapults, probably goblimons or ogremons who most likely were controlling those catapults, now that was something more likely to happen, although it was still strange that those brutes were capable of such smart tactics instead of simply charging and clubbing the enemy. Nevermind, she went back and delivered the information to the friendly missile battery.
"The enemy is using catapults manned by goblimons, and the closes ones are located that way, shoot before they can move them out of the way"
Again, it was strange just how well trained were those goblins, they even were careful enough to move their siege devices to another position if they discovered a flying enemy detected their whereabouts.
