Shana's body was still hurting, but at least she could breath now. It was unlikely that she had taken a lethal blow, so she would most likely be okay. Still, she was upset that the fight was over before she had gotten a chance to show her true skill and she was upset with Renamon for having stopped the fight without giving Woodmon a chance to defend her. She didn't know how they would have pulled out of this alive, but she knew that Woodmon would have done something to try to protect her, and if Woodmon failed, then that would just be the end. Oh well.
Woodmon, seeing that the battle had seemingly come to a stop, ran over to Shana and stood by her side, just in case she'd have to protect her tamer again if she were attacked again. In any case, she was ready.
"Well if you're not going to fight us, get out of here," Shana said to Larry. "And ambulance? Ambulance for who? I didn't hurt Renamon that badly yet." Digivice- 3 turns

Marik blinked as the Renamon's tamer suddenly called the Renamon off, just as Kudamon had reached Marik. Marik let out the breath he had been holding, but he was still undoubtedly furious. The tamer, a young adult male seemed to be having second thoughts, but Marik didn't care. What he let his digimon do was horrific and he was just as bad as his partner for unleashing her on Shana in the first place. Without warning though, the guy snapped a photo. crap He thought. That wasn't good. Not at all. He wasn't hanging around for an ambulance though. For all he knew whatever ambulance he called was working for him or something. Whatever the case, he wasn't going to risk accepting his help. He instead turned and ran, though he slowed a bit, unsure of how fast Woodmon could run.

Larry watched in amazement as the young boy, instead of waiting for medical help, decided to run, with the girl in his hands. Maybe it was a friend, or a relative, or something like that. The young man didn't care much. Maybe it was him taking a photo that scared them away. Running was pointless though - he had their faces on the photo, and if you know how a person looks like - you know the name, and when you know the name - you know where they live. - Should I go after them? - Renee asked in anticipation. - Don't waste your time. I sent the photos to TACCOM. They will deal with it from now on, it is not our problem. - Larry replied, going in the opposite direction. There was nothing more to seek around here - he did his job - reported the existence of two more tamers, and that was enough. Hypnos will add them to the dossier on all tamers in the area - information to be used later on. Before disappearing into the fog, he turned around one more time, looking in the direction of the fleeing children. - You cannot hide forever...--------------------------- [[ Observer exits thread. "Wait, Marik-kun! Go back!" Shana screamed at him while he continued to run with her still in his arms. She wasn't done dealing with that man yet. She wanted to finish the battle that had been started, and it didn't seem that Marik was going to allow her to do that. She would have fought herself free from his grasp, but her body was currently in too much pain to do something like that. Simply moving hurt her right now. She was so sore.
"Fine, keep running. You're making us look like cowards," she said stubbornly as she crossed her arms and held her head up slightly. She had nothing else to say about the matter. Woodmon, on the other hand, continued to run quickly after the two of them. Despite her new form, she actually wasn't slow, or rather, was about the same speed as Aruraumon was. Because of this, she could still keep up with them.
"It's okay, Shana-chan, we can get them later. You need to heal," Woodmon spoke comfortingly. She knew that would do little to console the young girl, but that was all she could give her for now. Digivice: 2

After a good deal of running, Marik slowed to a walk. Right now he was furious. Everything Shana said currently only fueled it more. He wanted to smack sense into Shana. He didn't even know where to freaking start right now. "Do you EVEN CARE Shana?" He yelled, venomous fury in every word. "Do you care AT ALL?" Marik was shaking uncontrollably now, and at this point stopped to rest Shana on the ground so he wouldn't up dropping her because of it. "That wasn't bravery, that was absolute IDIOCY. SELFISH. ARROGANT. IDIOCY. They didn't run from us, THEY SPARED OUR LIVES. That Renamon would have KILLED us if her tamer hadn't stopped her. You are NOT the best tamer in the world Shana! If anything you are among the WORST!"

Now on the ground, Shana forced herself to sit up, though doing so caused a sharp pain in her back momentarily. Aside from that, she could do nothing other than listen to Marik's words as he continued to yell at her about her actions. She still didn't feel as though she was in the wrong, but she didn't know what to say to Marik. She knew he didn't like her fighting, but that was the reason she came out so late at night, in order to get away from him so he wouldn't have to see.
"What are you doing stalking me out here anyway?! I never invited you to co-," Shana coughed in mid-sentence. She could feel the liquid substance coming up her asophagus and she wouldn't be able to stop it. She rolled onto her stomach and kept herself pushed up with her arms. Unable to stop herself, she began regurgitating on the ground.
"Shana!"

Marik wanted to yell at her more, but Shana was getting worse, and as absolutely furious as he was, he wasn't going to let her continue suffering longer than he had to. He pulled his cellphone from his pocket and dialed for emergency. He called for an ambulance and once the call was through he simply pocketed the phone. He turned on Shana again. He didn't raise his voice this time, his voice was calm, but low and shaken by the tears now streaming steadily down his face. "I wasn't stalking you but now I see I should have been. You recklessly get into fights and keep pushing and pushing even if its incredibly obvious you'll never win or even get out alive. I can't trust you anymore. All I can do is pray to god you haven't gotten yourself killed yet. You don't even care that how broken you'd leave me if you died. You just keep rushing into battles you can never win over and over again. You don't even care." Marik fell silent for a moment, and sirens could be heard in the distance as the ambulance arrived.
As the Ambulance approached, he flagged it down and within seconds paradmedics were getting Shana on a stretcher. As she was lifted into the ambulance, he made no move to follow her in. "I'm not going to waste myself worring over you Shana. Consider us through." He immediately turned and began walking away. Once the Ambulance was gone, he stopped, looking to where Woodmon had hid, only to find that she had finally de-digivolved. He dropped his jacket on her, pulling its hood over her head. "Come on, I'll take you back to Shana's place." He muttered. He was clearly as upset as he likely left Shana, but he couldn't let her continue ripping him apart like this.
