[Ranamon]

"Ah...Another day in the digital world, and me, the most adorable digimon there is..."

Ranamon giggled as she let her body float atop the surface of the water, her feet gently fluttering while they propelled her towards the beach. This was what she did for the most part. While as she was a guardian, she really didn't see the need in taking her duties that seriously. After all, if trouble were to come into her ocean, she would gladly show it the exit. But alas, no such danger has every entered her region.

So, to pass the time, the water fairy took it upon herself to complete other important task. Like ensuring that every water digimon came to say something nice about her that day and also bring her a gift from the ocean's depths as thanks for her protection. Then lastly, at the end of the day to report on the status of her looks before she went to bed. Yes, it was indeed hard being a protector of the innocent fish of the sea, and to also keep up appearances. Yet, she pulled it off gracefully.

Lifting herself up, she slowly walked along the beach, her hands resting behind her back as she heard every digimon begin their daily compliments about her beauty. Ranamon would then smile, wave, giggle, wink and reward them with some innocent or cute gesture that would leave them red in the face, or speech less.

"Oh...I really am a giver..."

[Kazemon]

It had been a while since Kazemon had flown so far as to come to an ocean. She couldn't really swim, so playing in it really wasn't an interest of hers, however she did want to see what was beyond the ocean. She had never gone across it before. She flapped her wings steadily as she came closer and closer to the ocean. It looked so long and vast, as though it could go on for an eternity, but nothing could go forever, could it?

"Hmmm... Who's that?"

As Kazemon flew, a rather cute blue Digimon crossed her vision. By the looks of it, she had fins. there was no doubt in Kazemon's mind that she was an aquatic Digimon. She had to know something about the ocean! Kazemon quickly flew toward her, making her landing just before she reached her. She smiled warmly.

"Hi there... you look like you know something about the ocean."

[Ranamon]

"Oh please guys! You're all so wonderful!"

Ranamon was still absorbing the praise that was coming towards her, so much so that she didn't even notice the butterfly intill she had landed upon the beach. Looking past one of the Gomamon following her, she frowned when she realized the situation at hand.

"Shes....shes...pretty...like me!!"

She wasn't the only one that noticed this, many of the aquatic digimon looked on in awe as Kazemon approached their ocean guardian, yet, none could see a problem with such a beautiful digimon.

Ranamon, on the other hand, wasn't exactly happy with the insect flying onto her turf. Plus, the fact that the attention was being taken away from her, was really ticking her off.

Leering at the stranger, the water fairy rested her hands on her hips, while she listened to the Kazemon's statement. Of course she knew about the ocean. After all, she had been born beneath the waves, and raised along its currents. If there was anything to know about it, she would know it.

"Well...Duh! I happen to be a water digimon...Or did you not see the cute fin-like ears?"

A smirk remained upon her face, since this digimon was here, she might as well figure out what she wants. Maybe then, she would leave, allowing her fans to get back to praising her every move.
