Working on the base (Kaze, Cruutun, and Nagato)

[Miyagi Kasumi]

Brittany blinked for a moment, then sighed as she smacked herself upon the forehead when she remembered that she was supposed to bring water for everyone. Shaking her head, the brunette held a sheepish grin as she began to speak.

"No...I forgot..."

Though, this quickly faded as she gave the teen a thumbs up and a wink when she resolved the situation with an idea.

"But...no problem! I'll just head over towards a vending machine and get some for all of us. Im sure theres one near the bench of the forest....I think.."

Turning around, the girl quickly began to make her way towards the bench area, looking towards Veemon as he ran to catch up with her. She then giggled when she realized that he obviously didn't want to work.

"Wait up! I'll help with that..."

"Did you even help at all out here?"

"Um......"

"I didn't think so..."

Margras laughed, and Commandramon shook his head with a somewhat amused smile on his face.
"If we can get Omnimon to join us," Margras said, "We'd be next to unstoppable. Omnimon is a powerful mega-level Digimon, bordering on the power of an Ultra-level."
"Personally, I think he is Ultra-level, Commandramon put in, "But, I'm not the one to judge that."

[Nagato]

Nagato listened to Margras comment for a moment, but then decided that this information would be better questioned later. Noding towards Chaos, she slowly turned around and began to follow in the direction that Brittany had departed, but then continued onwards towards the city.

But as she walked, she soon realized that she had not left alone. Next to her, keeping up with each of her steps, was Palmon. Before even reaching the exit, the teen turned and looked down towards the plant like creature, shaking her head as a sign that this was as far as she would follow. Then, she continued out onto the side walk.

While Palmon was more than disappointed, the plant simply sighed and then made her way up into a tree, where she would wait for her tamer's return. Strange, they had only just met, and she already was begining to follow her instructions. Though, she did wish that the girl could be a little more vocal in her requests. But then, no digimon was the same, she guessed the same could be said for humans as well...

Goblimon walked around and continued to board up the holes he saw as he walked around on top of the roof. Some parts of the roof looked weak though and would most likely be a hazard in the future. He and Commandramon would have to repair those area’s together. He walked over to the edge and looked at the Digimon. “Hey Commandramon, there’s some parts of the roof we should start working on.” he said.

Chaos nodded his head at the comments about Omnimon. “Well not necessarily, we may be a little stronger, but it’s unlikely he’s going to actually come here for himself unless a major battle is fought here in the human world. He’s still at war with his darker version after all.” Chaos said handing Margras another board. He wiped some sweat from his brow. It was still noon, they had at least five hours left to fix up the temple for today

As Brittany walked through the woods, she looked down at her partner and smiled while placing her hands behind her back. While Veemon noticed this, he wasn't completely sure of the cause for her happiness. Was it something that he had done? Or did it have something to do with what had happened recently within the old temple. In any case, it caused the blue dragon to tilt his head to the side, while holding a very confused expression.

"Ok...What did I do this time?"


"What? You didn't do anything..."

"Then whats with the smile?"

"I don't know....Im just...cheerful..."

Veemon frowned, crossing his arms as he stared up at the young teen. When they arrived at the sitting area of the forest, his stare had not left the girl as she began her scan for possible vending machines. Though from the look of it, there were none to be found.

"I guess Im gonna have to...."

"What are you thinking about Brit?"


"What!? Nothing!"

"Yea right! I know you....I know when you're up to something...."

"Just like I know you...but you're wrong...I have nothing planned..."

Turning around and crossing her arms over her chest now, she looked over her shoulder towards the digimon, sighing as she realized he wasn't about to drop the issue.

"Im just excited. I mean, we're actually building a base to call our own. Pretty soon, we're gonna have a lot of members, which means a lot of other digimon to see. I guess, Im really happy about it..."

Now averting her gaze upwards, she stretched her arms up to the sky, then placing her hands behind the back of her head as she continued to look at the clouds.


"Its just....really something...."

[cruurtun]

Commandramon looked up and nodded, jumping up onto the roof.
"Let's get to it, then."

Margras nodded, "Yeah, that's true. But we don't know if BlackOmnimon has emerged into our world. I don't think he has, though, or he wouldn't be sending all his minions to do his dirty work."

[Nagato]

Nagato stood within the electronic store, carefully examining each line of wire that was available. While she knew what she had to do, she wanted to make sure that the amount she brought would be able to travel throught the ceiling of the base.

"I will require much more than expected...."

Reaching into her jacket, she pulled out her wallet and looked over the three credit cards she had been given. She had never seen any need to use them, considering she rarely shopped at all. In fact, if anything, she only went and brought fruit and rice mostly. Meaning, she had very much, but used littled.

"Perhaps it is now time to do so..."

[darkness]

Chaos shook his head. "Nah, if either of them came here then their army would be much weaker and then the other would attak them." Chaos said as he begn to now hammer in some of the boards that had been cut already. "No matter what happens, I'm glade our digimon are here. Without them I wouldn't have you and the others for friends." he said.

Goblimon showed Commadramon where all the spots were that need to be repired "Well let's ripout those parts and then get to repainring" Goblimon said wondering over to one of the spots to begin work on it.

Commandramon nodded, walking over to the boards and tugging at them.

"You've got a point," Margras admitted, "But all the battles seem to be going on here in our world. Frankly, I'm astounded we haven't run into any Mega-levels yet."

[Miyagi Kasumi]

"Im back!!"

"We're back!!"

Brittany giggled as she watched the Veemon somewhat stuggle with carrying the two cases of water himself. While she had offered to take one, he insisted that he was more than capable of holding them on his own.

"I hope water is ok...I kinda didn't get an advance in my allow for anything other than just that"

As Brittany began to look over at how things were going, the blue dragon dropped the cases on the ground and then fell onto his bottom with a sigh of relief.
