Working on the base (Kaze, Cruutun, and Nagato)

Chaos was the first to arrive at the park. It was where he was going to meet with Brittany and Margras before they went to the old Shrine they were going to use as a base. Unlike the last time they visited the place, he had brought his Goblimon with him to help out with the cleaning and rebuilding. It would take some work but he hoped that they could soon have their own headquarters where they could meet, and discuss what was going on in the town Digimon wise. Still it seemed most wild Digimon were looking for someone called Calumon so that was definitely something they were going to have to look into. He sat down on a near by bench and waited for his friends to show up.

[Miyagi Kasumi]

Brittany looked around the forest, her eye trying to find Chaos or Goblimon. It was a good thing that they had decided to do this during the weekend, she really didn't want to have to come out here within her uniform, not as if she wouldn't get any stares with what she was wearing at the moment. Wearing a bright orange sleeve-less turtle neck that left her belly button uncovered, she also wore a short jean skirt, as well as long yellow socks and long black boots. Her arms where covered by two dark grey sleeves, leaving her hands free from their cloth, it was an interesting pick in clothing, considering she would be working on the base.

Though while she really didn't want too much attention, perhaps it was better this way. With their focus on her appeal, they wouldn't notice Veemon behind her. She thankfully found a few of her little cousins old things, which happened to fit him just perfect. His head covered completely by a white hoodie, his waist and feet were confined within a pair of jeans and white sneakers.

"I can believe I have to do all this..."

"Well there are alot of people out here on Sunday. In fact, I didn't convince mother that I needed to study, I wouldn't have been able to come at all. I'd probably be with her over at the temple..."

The Veemon looked up at the girl, chuckling as he couldn't really see Brittany in the such a holy place, especially dressed as she was now. Almost as if she had read her thoughts, the girl hit him upside the head, frowning as she began to walk ahead.

"Ow! What did I do!? I didn't even say anything!"

As she continued on her path, she turned her gaze towards the park bench, spotting Chaos instantly. Well, at least this time he didn't get lost. A smile appeared on her face, but then she jumped behind a tree, straighting out her hair and clothing.

"Wait...why am I doing all this?"

Thinking about this, she didn't notice Veemon going over towards the boy, a grin on his face as he was sure that his disguise would fool the human for sure.

Standing infront of him, he kept his head low as he spoke in a deep tone.

"Have you ever heard of Snow White?"

Margras walked confidently through the forest, his armour clattering as he moved.
Commandramon walked beside him, visible for the moment, but ready to vanish the instant anyone came into view.
"Every Digimon we've fought has mentioned Calumon," Commandramon said, "I recognise a few of them as BlackOmnimon's goons. That makes finding and protecting this Calumon a high priority."
Margras nodded, "Yeah. But why do they sometimes call him the Catalyst?"
"I heard rumours while in the Digital World," Commandramon said slowly, "Of an In-Training Digimon with the power to make others Digivolve. I think this Calumon might be the one mentioned in the rumours."

Spotting Chaos, Margras walked over and was quickly joined by Commandramon.
"Hey," Margras said cheerfully.

Chaos looked at the small kid that approached. “Snow White?” That was an old Fairy tail why would he be asking him. But before he could say anything Goblimon poked at Veemon. “Why are you dressed like that Veemon? You look like a human.” he said and then laughed at the other Digimon. “If you needed something to wear you should have come to me and I’d have gotten you something cool.” Goblimon said and then pointed to his vest and lion cloth that all Goblimon wore. “Hey Veemon were is Brittany at?” Chaos asked looking for his… Well she wasn’t his girlfriend yet but he had a strong feeling that was where it was headed.

He heard the clanking of armor and smiled knowing only one person that wore armor in town. He turned and greeted his friend with a smile. “Hey Margras, nice to see you again, as soon as Brittany gets here we’ll head out for the shrine.” It was going to be a day of work that was for sure but it would all be worth it to make them selves a base of operations

The Veemon grinned, there was no fooling another digimon when it came to knowing a digimon in disguise. But at the suggestion of wearing some of Goblimon clothing, the small dragon chuckle, rubbing the back of his head as she removed the hood in the process.

"He he, no thanks...I'd rather not look like a caveman if you get my meaning..."

Turning his attention towards Chaos's question, the digimon shrugged his shoulder. For all he knew, he'd figure the girl had already arrived ahead of him. But, after looking around for a moment, he realized that was untrue.

"Wait..she was right infront of me! She isn't here!?"

Brittany watched this from behind the tree, sighing as she knew she'd have to find some reason to explain why she was hiding behind a tree. Then, it came to her. Pulling her yellow ribbon from out her hair, she let it blow gently in the wind, out of her grasps. Giggling to herself, she quickly gave chase.

"Hey!! Gotcha!"

Quickly grabbing the long ribbion from the air, she smiled as she was now in the view of the others. Tying it back into her hair, she giggled while she approached.

"Sorry! My ribbon got caught in the wind and blew out of my hair. But...it looks like almost everyone is here..."

Veemon blinked, he wasn't sure what it was that she meant. After all, wasn't it just supposed to be her, Chaos and Margras. What was this almost everyone was here business?

"Um..I thought it was only the three of us?"

"It was..but then I met this one girl from school. She's quiet, but she's really smart. Not to mention, talented behind a computer. I asked if she would be interested in helping to connect some wires and even start up a computer system at the shrine. She agreed, saying that it would...peek her interest to assist in such a challenge.."

The girl grinned as she placed her hands behind her back. It seemed like a pretty good idea to her. After all, she wasn't sure how capable these two where at attaching wires in walls, not to mention, working with electricity.

"Good idea huh?"

Margras chuckled, "Sounds good. The Digimon can stay there while we're at school and stuff. Hiding Commandramon from Mom is a major pain even though he can camouflage."
"Perhaps I can use the computer to make contact with Omnimon," Commandramon said, climbing up a tree to keep an eye on the surroundings.
"I see you decided to disguise your Digimon," Margras commented, looking at Veemon, "Not bad. Wouldn't work with Commandramon, but it might with Goblimon, if you could get him to wear something other than what he already is. He'd also need to leave that club behind."

Chaos looked over and saw that his love intrest was chasing her ribbon and that’s why she was late. He smiled warmly at her before turning his attention to what Margras was saying. He agreed it would work with Goblimon, the only problem was Goblimon wouldn’t be willing to do it, and the club was Goblimon’s weapon in battle so it would be stupid to ask him to not to carry it. “It’s better we not do that.” Chaos said and then turned his attention back to Brittany.

It seemed they had a fourth member and one that was good with computers Chaos nodded in agreement. “Okay then we’ll wait for her .” he said wondering what the new member was like. She sounded like a bookworm, which was actually a kind of girl that Chaos was into. Still that meant nothing to him now. He was with Brittany and soon they’d officially be a couple, he hadn’t even been paying attention to any other girl lately now that he was actually in love.

[Nagato]

As she approached the sitting area of the forest, Nagato began to reconsider the whole idea of helping strangers, especially when she remembered the way she was asked. All she had done was simply rework the computer lab at the school, it was a rather easy task, but Miss Andrea thought it was the most incredible feat in the world. She was so simple minded, in a serious crisis she'd be the first to break.

Yet, she thought the idea of trying to rework a electrical line within an old shrine to be quite the challenge. Which, she needed when she thought about how easy her homework and class assignments had been. But perhaps, that wasn't the only reason. No, of course not. Her interest wasn't on the shrine, but on digimon in general. For the past week, she has run come across two digital monsters within the real world. One was the Lalamon that belonged to a small child, the other she had spotted with Andrea outside of school on the field.

What she didn't understand was why they were here? THere had to be a reason as to their appearance, especially when you considered that they had not appeared within Japan since the event of two years past.

"There must be a connection..."

Pushing her glasses up from the tip of her nose, the young girl continued to make her way towards the small gathering. Her gaze serious, let her expression completely calm. She had perpared herself for the worst, which Andrea had done so as well when they had walked home together. While in intelligence Brittany was inferior, it was nice to actually have someone to talk to.

Standing at a distance, the girl remained there as she just stared towards the group. She wasn't sure as to how she should approach them. Since she didn't know anyone, she was being cautious as to not interfer with their converstation.

[Miyagi Kasumi]

Brittany giggled at the thought of Goblimon dressed as a human, it would definatly be an interesting sight. But, like Chaos, she figured that such a suggestion would be against the goblin's style taste. She had a hard enough time convincing Veemon to wear clothing, she couldn't imagine the challenge it would be to do the same for Goblimon.

"Yea well, it wasn't easy. But I figured that he owned me for what happened last week..."

Seeing the girl's smirk was enough for Veemon to realize what she was talking about. Though, he was impressed by the speed in which her hair grew back. He'd thought she'd look like Kari for at least a month at best. Yet, he was happy that she could now laugh at it now.

"Hey! It wasn't that bad of a hair cut, and besides, you had to look like a character at a Anime convention right?"

"No not really...."

"But then where would the fun be in looking normal?"

Brittany simply sighed, there would be now point in agruing with the blue dragon. Though while she wouldn't admit it, she really did have fun. It was nice dressing up and pretending to be someone else. Someone who didn't have as many problems as she did. As she giggled softly, the girl realized that someone was watching them. The sight of the school uniform and dark grey jacket gave away their youth, but the glasses were what helped her figure out their idenity.

"Ah! There she is! Hey Nagato!!!"

The girl then quickly walked over to her, coming around behind her and gently pushing her in the direction of the others. Grinning as she stood behind the teen, Brittany placed her hands behind her back as she began the introductions.

"Everyone! This is Nagato! Nagato...This is Chaos, Margras, Veemon and Goblimon. I think Commandramon is around here somewhere...."

Veemon looked towards the new human, blinking as he realized something was off right away.

"Ahhh....Where's her partner?"

"She doesn't have one..."

The dragon frowned as he walked over to his tamer, nudging her in her leg to get her to kneel down. Once she had done so, he began to whisper in her ear.

"Are you crazy!? What if she tells someone!?"

"Don't worry, she already met someone with a digimon before, not to mention she'd seen you out on the track field..."

The digimon's face turned red, realizing that he had been spotted in his waiting place for Brittany. Coughing softly into his claw, the Veemon then walked away from his tamer, holding a serious expression on his face.

"Hmph! Very well then....She's ok!!"

"Yea...Thats what I thought you'd say..."

Seeing his tamer grin was enough to cause him to smile as well. She really did fit well in being his tamer. They definatly shared a bond that allowed them to trust one another's judgement.

Margras inclined his head, then jumped when Commandramon swung down, hanging onto the branch by the backs of his knees.
"So this is her," he said, looking her up and down, then grabbing hold of the branch and deftly somersaulting to the ground.
"Since we're all here now, perhaps we should make our way towards the shrine you mentioned, Chaos," Margras said, as Commandramon stepped up beside him.
