For ages, vampires and humans have coexisted under a single goddess: Nyx. Her very name encompasses all that is beautiful, all that is unknown, and all that is powerful. The city of Valefar was founded in her honor, and its inhabitants still faithfully praise their goddess, and her traditions, just as they have for centuries old.
Strict religious guidelines must be followed in order for survival. Everyone must know their place. The goddess preaches "equality" and yet we all know better.

Sanctus Obscurum is a vampire/human roleplay set in modern times that consists of an original storyline and original characters (not based upon Twilight, Blue Bloods, or House of Night novels).
