He took over the role of leader after the last one was arrested for shop lifting. He acts as the 'older brother' figure and keeps everyone in check and safe. He is often the one who brings things home for the younger ones. He is also the one who rescued Nagi and Teddy. He doesn't really talk about his past. Tsukiko 'Teddy' Honda - 14 Teddy ran away from home after her step father began to abuse her and she couldn't take it anymore. She was 11 at the time. Jaku found her crying in an alley and brought her back. She since began to cling to him and is head over heels for him. Unagi 'Nagi' Okazaki - 10 Nagi ran away when he was 9, his mother was abusive and blamed him for everything that went wrong. His mother never meant to have him and would continually remind him that he was a mistake. One day his mother threw him out the door and told him to go get her some cigarettes, but he never came back. On his way back Jaku saw him crying and rubbing his wrist, which was sprained when he was thrown out the door. He told Nagi he would take care of him and brought him back to their warehouse. APPEARANCE: Appearance wise, there isn't much to Miki. She appears to be a small, scrawny girl with tanned skin and bright pink hair that sticks out in all directions, and doesn't appear to be brushed regularly. She is always seen with a pair of goggles either on her head or around her neck, and she seems to wear the same clothes, a white t-shirt and a pair of black shorts. She does not appear to wear shoes however, unless she has to in which case its a pair of sandals. Miki almost always has a green backpack with her, she carries her laptop and other various things in it. Most people when they look at Miki don't see much other then what appears to be a kid from a low income home, who doesn't seem to pay much attention to regular grooming. Miki's feet are very tough, since she almost never wears shoes and prefers to just walk around barefoot. Her hair is very unkempt, she occasionally runs a brush through it, but that is about it. Usually when she wakes up in the morning she just runs her fingers through it and says 'good enough'. Miki's goggles aren't your typical goggles. They are very special ones that she modifies herself. She had found them as a discarded pair and got an idea. She spent years developing them and still makes modifications to them. There is a compartment on the side where she can pull out a wire which she hooks up to any computer. She then has access to seeing the screen through the goggles, but she can also use them wirelessly when walking to pick up on local signals and watch tv if she wants as well. They have many uses, and she is working on making them pick up digivice signals to see if she can add in more features. They also work like goggles! PERSONALITY: If someone was asked to describe Miki in one word, it would be crazy. Miki has a very insane personality, and tends to talk a mile a minute! She is very intelligent, some might say too much so and that the girl is not right in the head. It is unknown whether or not Miki suffers from some sort of disorder, as she has never been diagnosed. But she often will talk to herself, as if she is with someone else, and it is not uncommon for her to have conversations with herself. If Miki was to have her intelligence measured she would likely be classified as a genius. The girl is incredible with numbers and can give you the answer to just about any math problem in seconds. She is also incredible with computers, creating her own programs and building her own computers. She acts as a computer hacker and will sometimes sell her skills to earn money. What she has in intelligence however, she lacks in most other places. The girl has absolutely no social skills, spending the majority of her time alone. Her only companion is her dog Modem, she adores the little corgy to bits! When Miki is around other kids she isn't sure what to do or how to react to them. Its unknown whether she realizes when she's being insulted or not, since she doesn't react negatively. She will either completely ignore it or laugh. Then again her brain doesn't work like most other people's so its really hard to know what she's thinking since she always seems to be smiling. FEARS: Maybe she just doesn't realize what she's suppose to fear, or she just doesn't show it but this is unknown. Though she does have one fear, losing Modem. HISTORY: Most of Miki's past relating to her family is a mystery. Even she herself doesn't know much about her roots. When she was three she was found by a group of runaways who picked her up and took her with them. She was found crying and alone with tattered dirty clothes in an alleyway. The kids had no faith in adults and decided that rather then try and find out if she had a family, she was better off with them. When they asked for her name all she could give them was 'Miki' so that's what she was called. If it was short for a longer name, or even her last name she didn't know. From a young age Miki showed a very high level of intelligence, though her first experience with computers was when she was five. She found a broken one in the trash and took it back home and began messing with it. She spent years tinkering with it when she was 8 she managed to rebuilt it in fully working order. From there her love for computers spiraled and she began gathering any pit of tech she could find, the warehouse where she lives filled with boxes full of various parts and pieces. She never throws out a broken piece, but rather puts it aside until she finds use for it. As she got older members of their group came and went, either through going back home, being arrested and put into state custody, or simply wandering away. It came to the point where she was living with a small group of kids. There was Jaku, a 17 year old boy who acts as the leader of their group, Teddy, a 14 year old girl who is second to Jaku and has a huge crush on him, and Nagi a 10 year old boy. They work well in their group dynamic, but Miki still seemed to be off in her own world more often then with them. At about age 10 Miki started selling her services to earn money for things like food, and buying parts she cant salvage. She became a 'hacker for hire' and gained the nickname 'Chuckles' from her trademark 'smiley face' icon. She does all her work digitally, so no client has ever seen her face. Most people assume 'chuckles' in an older man, and would likely be quite surprised to know that 'he' is a little girl. About the same time Miki found a scrawny dog rummaging through trashcans in a back alley for food. Miki decided to keep him and named him 'Modem'. The dog quickly became her best friend and she is almost always seen with him. The little dog was a brown and white corgy, and follows Miki everywhere unless she has to leave him behind at the warehouse. One day while rummaging through people's discarded items, Miki found a strange item. She took it back and began to mess with it, eventually she got it working. It was an old broken digivice, an early model, but she managed to keep it compatible with newer devices. She began messing with it when she felt like it, but it mostly just sits next to her, and occasionally she will pick it up and play with it. *NOTE: Miki does not go to school

[atrb=border,0,true][atrb=cellspacing,0,true] ROUTER NAME: Router GENDER: Male PERSONALITY: Router is a very loyal digimon, and seems to help even out Miki. He has the loyalty of any dog, but isn't without some silliness he developed from his tamer. He loves to play games and just enjoy life. He seems to match his tamer very well, and share a bit of her knowledge. Though he is no where near as good as she is. HISTORY: Miki was not Router's first tamer. He was first purchased as a gift for a little boy who wanted a digimon since all the other kids had one. But he did not treat it well. Router never made it past being a shaomon, and the slow growth was irritating the impatient 5 year old. One day he got so mad that his digimon wouldn't act how he wanted that he threw the digivice against the wall breaking it. The child's mother threw the digivice into the trash, and there it stayed broken. As luck would have it however, Miki found this very digivice and took it home. She messed with it until she got it working, though in the process his evolution data reset and he was back to egg form. When he hatched he was so happy to have a tamer again, for someone to pay attention to him that he felt an intense love for his new tamer Miki.
