"They're my Digimon now! "
Shana stuck out her tongue at the three elementary school boys who stood before her. All three of them stared at her in disgust. It wasn't so much unlike Shana to end up in situations such as this with her peers, but she couldn't have them thinking she was weak and a push-over now, could she? One of them had made the mistake of calling her annoying today, and now, passive aggressively, she was merely righting that wrong.
The girl slipped three digivices into her backpack which she'd only taken out momentarily to show them that she had taken them. And she'd done so quite meticulously through the school day.
And now the four of them were off of school grounds... so she could no longer get in trouble, could she?
"If you want 'em back, you're gonna have to fight me!" Shana demanded as she wiggled her hips around.
"She's the girl that beat up Henri-san! He's the biggest guy in our class!"
"And if you don't run I'm going to stomp you too! In the nuts!"
"Forget the Digimon guys! She's crazy! Runnnnnn!" And a moment later the boys had vanished, running off into the distance.
"You'd better run!" Shana screamed to them.

[atrb=cellPadding,0,true][atrb=cellSpacing,0,true][atrb=border,0,true][atrb=width,500,true][bg=7ac8eb] I want to to stay shining forever Yuri yawned and stretched, she was heading to pick up Shana from school. Lately she had gotten calls about her causing trouble, but that was nothing new. Typically Yuri got the calls since their mother was so busy, and hers was the face the teachers recognized. She didn't want her sister causing more trouble so she hoped if she walked her home maybe she could keep her out of trouble. "Oh...what am I going to do with her. I wish she would stop fighting..." Yuri muttered as she walked. She had canceled a meet up with some of her friends in the park to play a game of soccer to come and get her sister. They would pout and whine but they were used to it. Yuri was very flakey, since things could come up at any moment and it wasn't unlike her to just run off.
'They're my Digimon now!' a familiar voice rang. Oh dear. Yuri ran up to see the boys running as she turned looked at Shana. She was behind her, seeing her little sister taunting the boys. Yuri frowned as she walked up to her sister and grabbed her wrist holding the backpack, though not hard, just enough to get control. "Oh no you don't!" she said as she took the backpack from her younger sister's hand, then promply let go of her wrist. "We are going to take each of these back to their owner. Really Shana stealing? You are better then this." she said with a stern tone.
There were many things that Yuri let slide, and let her sister get away with. But she was not going to have her stealing. Now its digimon but who's to say she wont start stealing money or jewlery? Oh no she was not going to let her get away with this. "Come now Shana, we are going to their homes and you are personally returning what you took. We do not steal Shana uner any circumstances." she said as she turned her head to her sister, motion for her to follow.

Shana nearly jumped in shock as she felt someone take her wrist. It was her sister! Man, Shana hadn't even seen her coming! It was unpredictable to say the very least. Her sister always had a way of doing that and showing up at the worst times. The times at which she would soonafter have to follow with scolding. It was so embarrassing!
Shana would do her best to pry her wrist away from her sister.
"I didn't steal anything! I just took em cuz they were making fun of me! Bad things happen to bad people and they're rotten!" Shana protested.
It was justice! Couldn't her sister see this? Apparently not. That was the unfortunate thing! But most of all, Shana definitely didn't want to have to walk to all of their houses and return their digivices. That would be the most humiliating thing ever!
"I'm not taking anything to anyone." Shana reassured her older sister. Her backpack now slung over her shoulders, Shana crossed her arms and nodded.
"If you want to give them to those losers, that's your business."

[atrb=cellPadding,0,true][atrb=cellSpacing,0,true][atrb=border,0,true][atrb=width,500,true][bg=7ac8eb] I want to to stay shining forever Yuri frowned at her sister as she walked over to her. "That was wrong of them and they will pay for that. But not by you. That's where you tell someone, they will get in trouble but you shouldn't steal or get YOURSELF into trouble just to show them a lesson." Yuri said as she crossed her arms. She sighed at Shana's response as she shook her head. "You will go and you will return them even if I have to drag you Shana." she said before knealing down and whispering in her ear. "And you know I can out run you so you might as well come." she said with a smile as she started walking. "Come along Shana." she said as she turned to make sure Shana was following.
She did understand her sister's thinking, and she sure wasn't going to let those boys get away with making fun of her sister. But she was more worried about Shana picking up the habit of stealing, or 'punishing' others. That could lead to bad things as well. She wanted so badly for her sisters to turn out well, and she knew how badly her mom wanted them to as well.
Yuri never told her mother of these sorts of things, she knew the worry would only stress her and she already did so much. So she chose to take care of these issues on her own. She never used the 'I will tell mom' threat, because she really wouldn't tell. To her there was no point in telling their mother about this, no there certainly wasn't. "Shana let's go we can't spend all day doing this. The sooner we get it over with the better."

This certainly wasn't fun. It didn't seem as though Yuri was going to let this go. It was such a pain for Shana. The girl exhaled her anxiety as she tried to figure out what she needed to do next to relieve the tension in this current situation. Was there any way to do so without looking like a complete idiot and relinquishing her pride? Nope.
But this was one occasion where she firmly didn't want to agree with her sister! Shana loved her sister, but she could be stubborn sometimes now, couldn't she?
"Fine! But I'll give them back tomorrow at school instead, okay?!" Shana said a bit impatiently. She stomped her foot on the ground. She could feel the frustration building. The thought of having to kneel down her pride was so painful that the girl's eyes were already starting to tear up. Shana struggled to hold the tears back.
It didn't help either when she realized that some of her other classmates were looking at her right now. She knew she appeared so vulnerable and weak. She didn't want to look like that in front of them.
"I promise I won't do it again!" Shana cried out.

[atrb=cellPadding,0,true][atrb=cellSpacing,0,true][atrb=border,0,true][atrb=width,500,true][bg=7ac8eb] I want to to stay shining forever Yuri frowned at her sister as she stopped walking, and headed back to her and shook her head. "No Shana. We need to do it now and get it over with. It won't be any easier to do tomorrow. So we might as well get it done. These..." she said as she held up the digivices. "They are not yours and you had no right to take them. Not matter what they did. So you have to correct this and take them back. Meanwhile I will deal with this teasing problem. I won't let them get away with hurting you ok?" Yuri said as she smiled at her sister.
When Shana began to cry Yuri's frown deepend as she sighed and placed her hand on Shana's shoulder. "I know this must be hard for you, but we can't let it go. I trust that you wont do it again but we still have to correct it this time as well. You wont be alone, I will be with you it will be alright." she said as she smilded once more, and put the digivices back in Shana's backpack. "You are very strong, but you need to use that to do the right thing." she said as she held out her hand, hoping Shana would take it.
Yuri wanted the best for her sister, and it killed her to see her cry, but she knew she had to fight through this and do this. Yuri needed to know Shana learned something, and she wanted to feel that she wont do it again.

The hand on the shoulder didn't make it any better. There was truly no way to save face any more. She'd surely lost this battle because it didn't seem as though there were a way for her to come out of this on top. She'd lost. Shana had to do her best now to stop herself from crying. It was hard, but her wrist would wipe the tears clean. She'd shut her eyes tightly in her attempt. If it had only been Yuri, she wouldn't have tried so hard, but with all of these other kids here she couldn't let them see her cry.
"C-Can we digi-battle for it?" Shana sniffled. What argument couldn't be settled over a digi-battle after all? Shana hoped her sister would take the bait. She looked up at her sister, her terriermon pouty eyes hoping longfully that her sister would agree.

[atrb=cellPadding,0,true][atrb=cellSpacing,0,true][atrb=border,0,true][atrb=width,500,true][bg=7ac8eb] I want to to stay shining forever Yuri looked at her sister and sighed. "If a battle will make you feel better, then we can battle. However it doesn't get you off the hook. You still have to take them back. " Yuri wasn't going to let her off so easily, however if a battle would make her feel better she was more then willing to oblige. She didn't like seeing her sister upset, bt she knew sometimes she had to be tough on her so she could grow up well.
Yuri reached into her bag, pulling out her digivice. She was still rather new at it, she looked at her little Nyaromon on the screen, she knew it was very likely that Shana would win, Yuri didn't have that much time to spend with the toy after all, which is why she wouldn't make any promises about who won or lost. "Would a battle make you feel better?' she asked her sister.

"No," Shana pouted back to her sister before kicking the dirt in front of her. Welp, it seemed she had to go about this the hard way... the way where she had to simply admit defeat and say what she did was wrong. It stunk too, because otherwise she would have just given them back tomorrow in a cool way where she wouldn't have to look like a total loser!
But that wasn't an option and there was no reason to cry over spilled milk.
"We'll battle later," Shana said to her sister. Of course, she was going to hold her sister to the promise of a battle, even if she wasn't in the mood for it right now. Certainly, in time Shana would feel more like playing again.
Shana crossed her arms behind her head and began walking. Three boys apartments. This would be such a pain in the butt. Hopefully they were all still together. Luckily they all lived in the same apartment complex. "Lets go... I guess."

She was seated on the floor of her friend’s house, eating a nice slice of watermelon. Her back was to the wall as the boy seated near her played with his digivice. He wasn’t very good at it, but at least he let her watch sometimes and he wasn’t mean about it. It only made Anko want her own even more.
She shoved her free hand into her pocket and felt a small device within. A layer of dirt was beginning to wipe off from the rub of her fingers against it. Bored of watching her friend playing at his game, she withdrew the object from her pocket. It was her new little treasure, a device she had found discarded, tossed away. No one wanted it anymore because it was broken. Some kid must have owned it, some kid who probably just got a new one straight away. And now it was hers.
Anko finished off her watermelon and placed the rind beside her on the floor, licking the sticky red juices from her hand before she curled it into a fist and licked the side for completely unrelated reasons. Her focus was on the device in her other hand, which she promptly scrubbed with the side of her fist, attempting to clean off the screen some so she could examine it should anything appear on it. It was broken, but Anko was intent on fixing this abandoned digivice.
For a moment, she and her friend both turned their attention out of the living room and toward the front door. His older brother had just come in, and he looked pretty upset about something. Anko frowned but said nothing.
