APPEARANCE:
Standing at the an incredibly unimpressive height of five feet and three inches with an impressively ungodly ninety-four pounds when soaking wet, Okubyo has a short, scrawny, lackluster frame. His skin complexion is on the lighter side of the spectrum, but it gets a nice complement from his foggy-blue eyes. Oku keeps his shoulder length, jet black hair perfectly slicked back.
Okubyo's usual outfit is more-than-not formal and elegant in nature. He sports a white, long sleeved button down shirt. The inside of this shirt is black, which shows when Oku folds his sleeves back. He wears well fitted sleek black trousers. These pants are held up by a brown belt held together by an intricate buckle. In addition to the belt, Oku tends to wear simple black suspenders. To end the outfit, Oku wears black dress socks along with spotlessly clean formal shoes.
Okubyo is never without his yellow scarf; it is also trimmed with a thick black line on either side. No matter what, no matter when. Okubyo either keeps it on, or extremely close to himself. It is made of a cotton-like material. It is kept extremely clean and whenever damaged, Okubyo fixes right up.
PERSONALITY:
Obu is typically considered well groomed. Almost to an obsessive level. He'll spend an indefinite amount of time preparing himself for the day. His biggest point of concentration is his scarf, a present from his father when he was just a toddler. Okubyo taught himself to sew in order to keep his scarf pristine.
The high schooler is generally kind, caring, and empathetic. Despite being an introvert, he is easy to get along with. Being more of a listener than a talker, Oku is happy listening to others, especially when it comes to their problems; he enjoys helping people and is known to feel for people in distress.
By the harsher public, Okubyo is known as a coward. He regularly runs from bullies, and has never gotten into a fight. He is a fragile individual and it isn't beyond him to cry when hurt, physically or emotionally. Despite this, he is an adventurer and often times will throw himself into harms way for the opportunity to find new places. He enjoys climbing and can be usually found atop anything above ground level.

HISTORY:
Born a single child to Sato and Sakura Bagu, Okubyo was nearly spoiled as a child. But his parents managed to balance a fine line and taught their son to put others before himself. Growing up, Oku was a good child and kept his parents proud by getting good grades in school.
On his tenth birthday, Okubyo received a present from his parents that altered his life. A Digivice. So that their son could play a game growing in popularity, and hopeful that he would become more social. Although he would not become more social, Oku would claim his quality of life became better. His digivice would go everywhere with him, and he would obsess with it as much as he did with his appearance, maybe even more. Obu would study competitors and would idolize the top players around the world.
He isn't known at all as a player of the game, but he does participate in any event he can get to. Despite never lasting long, he gets better each time and is en route to making a splash in the game within upcoming events. And although he's restarted a couple times, he prides himself in never actually getting a another digivice, having owned the same one for the past four years...
