Hey everyone! Now, considering how we here on Digimon Revolution are not always perfect or can be confusing at times, we have created this area to help answer any questions you may have regrading the site, its plot, and its mechanics. But in doing this, we are here to inform you that this is not the suggestion box(We do have one, but it is down below and within the support section), but a Q and A area. So with that in mind, let is go into the rules of how this will work.
1. You will post a new topic area with the proper title and state the question within the thread.
Ex. PLOT: [Name of topic in question]
Question: .......................
2. You will then wait and receive an answer to your question as soon as humanly possible.
I really want to stress this point, because I know as humans when we want something, we want it done as quickly as possible, but we also have other things to do on site, as well as in RL(Real life) So we ask that you be patient and give us the time in which to respond. Do not assume and do something that is against the rules. We WILL respond. My best suggestion is to at least wait 3 days before PM a reminder to a member of staff.
3. No question is a dumb question, do not be afraid to ask about the most simplest thing that might confuse you.
Alot of times it might seem like we are annoyed by the really dumb questions, the things that are clearly listed in the rules and guides, but we are here to serve you. This means that if you want to ask about why you have to start at a baby level digimon instead of a rookie, you can and we will answer. But, we would be grateful if you considered each question carefully. If it is something that is clearly within the rules or something that you can basically answer yourself, do so please. It will save you time and it will save us time so that we can continue to better improve the site for you and others.
4. Our Word is Law
Sounds a bit harsh right, considering how we can make mistakes and that we are human as well. But with this rule, it is simply to state that once we have answered something and given enough background to explain our answer, there is no more need to debate against it. It will not be changed. Now...if there is more than one person dealing with the same problem, the staff will consider possible reprisal, but other than that, what you get is what you get. Do not argue with staff and do not start a flame war on the site...
These are the basic rules to using this section of the board, their pretty easy to follow and we hope that it will be of great assistance to you.
