It had been an interesting ride to the Slums, or at least as interesting as it could get when your riding with a digimon. Arukenimon had run two red lights, a stop sign, and had almost run over a small child, all in the process of arriving to this part of Tokyo. While most would call such driving reckless, the spider creature thought it more...recreational. After all, she hadn't killed anyone. Of course, the digimon wasn't counting on her sitter to understand that. He was there to watch her, to make sure she didn't go too far. Why would she? Arukenimon had even intention to keep on living, and didn't want to risk a short cut off point in her life. But on the off hand, she was to watch him as well. It was an odd request, considering he was an agent, but perhaps he wasn't too trustworthy either. Exiting the car, the female digimon leaned over the hood as she spied the pub in the distance. From there, the digimon smirked as she shook her head from one side to the other. "So how is this going to work Larry?"

So ... what goes around comes around. They say that history has a weird habit of repeating itself, that if a person went somewhere once, he will surely return there again. Like criminals, who always return to the scene of the crime they had committed at some point of their lives. Larry had ... mixed feelings upon watching the abandoned hotel with a thoughtful expression on his face. Was he just like that criminal? Maybe... Maybe...
It was raining, and the sky was gray, adding even more of a dingy feeling to the surrounding environment. He remembered well his ... last visit to this place. It was some time ago, and his mission was to determine how potentially dangerous this hideout, located in a loophole in Hypnos radar, was. But the results were better than just that. Way better. Back then he was here with Renee though, not this ... spider - lady, who didn't know how to drive properly.
- I remember this place... - Larry said, exiting the vehicle as well. He didn't have a hoodie or anything, but he did have an umbrella, which he held over himself and the ... arukenimon, gallantry only mind you. - Me and my designated partner, well, mostly she, managed to establish a lovely surveillance network within this ... refuge. So we know what happens there most of the time... - he added, clicking on his digivice, which showed the picture of arukenimon's true form again, along with size parameters. He frowned, the original form was ... too bulky.
- Well, if we're gonna get that ogremon, I can see only three ways. First - you blast in, fight all the digimon, knock out ogremon, grab him and run away. Which probably won't work anyhow, they have quite a few strong digimon inside to fend you off... - Larry started counting the variants.
- Second, we could try gassing them with sleeping gas. Or we could have tried, but my boss refused to give me a canister with that stuff. Thanks a lot. So, that won't work too... - Larry bent the second finger on his hand. and after that looked at the arukenimon with a somewhat ... judging glare, a somewhat weird smile appeared on his face.
- So we have to lure him out... My guess would be ... you could try wooing the stupid brute. Getting in won't be much trouble, they let inside just about any digimon, who says he's "lost and in need of a shelter". After that ... well, something tells me you know what to do. And ogremon tend to be stupid enough. - Larry said upon laughing. Oh, this should be good, very good indeed.
- And after luring him out ... well, you're a spider-lady, luring unsuspecting creatures into your web should be easy enough for you. Only ... use your current form to go in. According to this thingamajig, yur original form is rather fugly, plus you won't fit through the narrow doorway...

((Ah ok))
Arukenimon frowned as she heard his final comment, almost prompting her to smack the human upside the head. Fugly? She hated that human term. Just what was the point of combining words if they sounded like that? She was far from ugly, she was beautiful. Her human form was what disgusted her. Two legs and two hands. The creature was once able to to multiple things at once, but no longer. It annoyed her how she was confined within a body that was so...alien.
"Truly....I am at a loss as to how your partner could have left you and that you are still single. You have such a charming personality..."
Arukenimon stroked both her hands through her long silver hair, glancing towards the pub as she took on a serious tone.
"As for your plans, I don't woo anything that can't close their mouths. So that being the case, I guess you're just going to have to come inside with me to come up with a better solution..."
The digimon had once never questioned a meal, but being in the human world had introduced her to many new things. It had created a standard for her prey and if they didn't meet it, she wouldn't pursue. At times the creature simply settled for a hot pocket over data. Maybe that was her problem? She had become too suited to human nature.
"Besides...You're intel could be off...So now we simply need to make you look more....slavish...Of course! You can be my human servant while we're there....They won't question that"

- Why thank you for the compliment, but my partner left me for reasons other than my charming personality. - he shrugged as if the remark did not touch him in any way, although indeed it was a rather ... touchy subject for him, he'd rather not discuss relations between himself and his digimon. Not with this woman ... spider ... whatever anyway.
- And human servant for a digimon? Suuure they won't question that. It's rarer than frog hair, if you must know. Here, it is digimon, who serve humans, not otherwise. But having your pride here as a standing issue, I might find a compromise, since you want me to go with you so much... - he said nonchalantly and with a bit of sarcasm, passing by her, and opening the car's baggage compartment. There were some stuff inside that a car driver should always have with him - a medpack, some instruments, and other stuff. With a bit of an effort, he took all of it out.
- Before Renee defected from Hypnos, she used to discretely bring supplies to this place. Food, medicine, information and whatnot. became quite a popular figure there. So, we can simply say she send this stuff with us, plus some news about herself, which will be my job to invent and retell. So we won't have to go with something as ridiculous as a servant thing. Jeez, even mentally ill aren't that stupid to believe it. Once on spot, we'll figure out what to do... - he shrugged again, and picked up the stack of tool boxes and medkits, which was pretty heavy. - So ... unless you have a better idea, let's go...

"You ruin the fun out of this human.....Let us do it your way if you feel more at ease...."
The human-like digimon smirked as she then turned back to watch Larry lug the boxes up towards the door. It would be harder to kill this human than she thought. While the digimon had planned to eliminate him with a more subtle action, she was impressed to see that he possessed a brain. The more she considered it, the digimon started to fear that her previous plans would have to be placed on hold. After all, she could not risk Hypnos realizing her betrayal. Especially with what they had upon her.
"Of course...if you...old friend has stopped such activity, you realize that you will still look foolish. Not to mention dead....correct?"
