- I do not need to know what the method is, as long as I know it exists. And I am relieved greatly to know it does. - Larry shrugged, upon standing up from his place. More talk about her faith in him was expected, mostly because she kept mentioning it every time they talked for more than a few minutes. It was a wonder she didn't reply "I don't trust you" every time he passed by to say hello. Oh well, the feeling was mutual regardless. Especially considering these ambiguous missions she started signing him on... There had to be some reason besides testing his loyalty, but what?
- I must be going then, will return upon completing the mission. Excuse me. - he said. But, before leaving for the door, he stopped by where Khrys was sitting to have a few words with her. "Someone let her sleep in", huh? Well that was one nasty attempt to cast the blame on others.
- I am sorry I forgot to wake you up this time, Khrys... It is all my fault, I understand... But ... you have to understand me as well, I cannot babysit you all the time... - he said with light irony, and finally left for the door. The ... ugh, spider lady was already waiting for him. And Larry had a baaaaad feeling about this...

Wake up Khrys. You are among a bunch of stiffs who wouldn't know reason if it slapped them in the face. She thought drearily. She was in far too deep now, so she was stuck among these cold heartless people, doing their dirty work, and of course they were never satisfied! She never caught a break. She did all her work. Khrys didn't bother responding to Larry as he went by, only darting a suspicious glare at the strange woman following him out. Babysitting? How about being their squad leader? It was his job to keep the rest of the team in line?
When the punishment came up, she was expecting something awful, something painful, something so terrifying that grown men who cry like little school girls at the sheer thought of it. Then the commander said she was to be spending the week helping the administration make coffee. "Serving coffee?" She moaned, appearing quite striken, but quickly recovered and instead scrambled into a salute. "Yes Ma'am."
Monodramon hardly reacted to anything that happened so far in the room, other than directing a low growl at the Arukenimon as she walked by. Otherwise, he couldn't really care less about what was going on, or his 'punishment'. If serving coffee was more important than taking out wild ones so inept foot soldiers wouldn't have to die trying to take the spawns down themselves, so be it. This 'punishment' was merely just another task assigned to him by a group of humans he had no care for.

Closing her eyes, Megane sighed as she relaxed somewhat in her seat. She wasn't too sure about allowing Laurence this chance, but then again, who else was she going to send? At the moment, he had no digimon and was a liability if he got himself hurt. So of course, she would have to make sure he had someone watching his back. Although, it begged the question of just how long he could last on his own without his partner? Only time will tellEyes opening upon the young woman, the Hypnos leader smiled as she pointed towards the door and to a young manwho waited outside of it. "Meet your partner for the day...Kit. He is transferring into our organization and I need the four of you to look into a group of digimon within the Downtown area sewers. It appears that they have nested there and are causing some...back ups..."-------------  Kit looked in at the two females, frowning at the idea of having to go into the sewers. It wasn't exactly what he had been planning for his first day. But then again, he had choosing this course right? What was the worst that could happen, crap on his shoes? In the end, they would get to deal with some digimon and maybe even get some brownie points for the boss. "Everyone wins right" |

When Megane pointed, Khrys' eyes followed the direction to the door where a young man was waiting. Though he still had the air of cold seriousness that most of of the people working for Hypnos held, he at least wasn't as scary as the woman that Larry had been with. However, when the commander mentioned where exactly they were going, Khrys couldn't say she was particularly thrilled. Couldn't those digimon have picked a nicer place? Like the beach? "We're on it Ma'am!" Khrys said, giving a salute. She then turned to her partner, and with a bright smile, held out her hand. "Hi, I'm Khrys!"

"You can do your intros on the way out of the meeting room Miss Stone..."
Smirking, the older female then picked up her folder as she looked towards the two before moving out the door on the opposite end. The assignments had been giving and now it was time for her to check on another matter. Still so much left to do, and the day seemed almost at an end. Of course, it wasn't as though she had anything else on her schedule. This was her job after all, something that took 100 percent all the time. If she let up for a moment, Megane might be exposed. Her plans would be revealed, which was a mistake she could not afford to make.
Opening her binder to look upon the image of a digimon and a digi-vice, she smiled as she continued to read and better understand the information that was given to her.

Kit looked towards Khys and smirked as he shook her hand before nodding his head towards the exiting superior. She seemed like the kind of girl that had a constant frown. Seemed a waste for a cute face, course, she was way too old for him. The girl in the blue on the other hand, he could see a possible shot. Course, it would take time and he had all of it thanks to this transfer.
"So...she always like that? Kinda keep getting that, I can kill you with my mind vibe from the boss...."

"Y-yes m'am!" Khrys said when Megane dismissed her and Kit. She then headed out with Kit, pausing once the door had closed behind the three of them to answer Kit's question. "As far as I've seen of her, yeah." She said, shuddering slightly. The boss was definitely a no-nonsense person, and Khrys did not even want to entertain the thought of what might happen if someone were to really tick her off. She was scary enough as is!
"So, do you have a partner? The boss did say the four of us were taking on this mission." Khrys asked curiously as they began heading toward the exit. She was curious about her new partner, and how he would be helping her with their task.
