Reality Ranch
Reality Ranch is an RPG in which accuracy is key. Based in a very small town called Clearview, Montana where you will be given a chance to expand your life and help the town grow as well. You will meet all sorts of people in this town. So come on over, move into that new house of yours, make a few friends, get a job and you might even be able to start up your own little family if that special person can be found.
Do you have a love for horses or farm animals? Then try to be a rancher. You can have your own ranch designed specifically to your needs. All domestic animals are welcome so you can raise horses, cattle, dogs, cats, goats, pigs, etc. You can decide to do it for the fun or you can be competitive. Breed your animals and train them to be the best of the best at shows. Win and you will gain points for your animals and possibly put some cash into your pocket. Put your male animals up in the stud directory and make some extra cash off of breeding. You choose how to run your ranch from the beginning to the end.
Maybe your thing is for cars instead of animals. Let’s see if you can open up a car repair shop and keep busy enough to keep it running. You choose your specialties and decide what can and can’t be worked on at the shop. Get a little grease on those hands and keep the town’s cars running smoothly.
Don’t want to own a business? There should be plenty of jobs as waitresses, vet technicians or nurses. You could even be a bum and live on the streets begging for money. Don’t expect anybody to give it to you though. Every city has their dark sides as well. You can try your hand at drug trafficking or prostitutes. Your clients may be few from the size of the town, but you might attract just enough to get you rolling in the dough.
Reality Ranch is based off of real life. You won’t see any mythical animals and the people won’t all be perfect. Unlike many RPG sites, you actually have diversity here. The women aren’t all skinny blonde models and the men aren’t all running around with a perfectly tanned six pack. When you are breeding animals, genes are actually used which eliminates color inaccuracies. For example, breeding two chestnut horses together is not going to give you a buckskin paint.
Besides accurate breeding statistics, bank accounts will also be used. The admin will keep updated books for each character based off of how much they spend and how much they make (from breeding or paychecks). Humans are the main characters here, but you are allowed to role play any animals if you would like to.
