Twenty years have passed since a mysterious explosion turned half of Mount Jupere into solid crystal. It was the remnants of a battle between three pokemon of legend and two mysterious trainers on the eve of a Total Eclipse of the Moon. Many things have changed during that time. Team Nova, a group of thieves and miscreants similar to Team Rocket(but far more dangerous), have fallen from the previous power they once held over the region of Celes. They are battled by Pokemon Rangers, but the Rangers' numbers are few while Nova is growing.
Meanwhile, the region of Celes tries to remain as normal as possible, with young trainers and coordinators traveling across the land, catching and befriending pokemon, battling gyms and participating in contests... all for the chance to become Champions of their field.
Where are you in all of this? Will you join the ranks of the Rangers or Team Nova? Or will you follow your own path. No matter which way, noises can be heard in Jupere and signs are pointing toward another Eclipse and the revival of the legendary pokemon. No matter your path, time is running out and you may find yourself in the middle of the adventure of a lifetime.
