Birth Date: July, 29th
Birth Place: Osaka, Japan
Relatives:
Mother: Yasu Akoga, part of the Professional Women’s GO League
Father: Masaru Akoga, salaryman
Personality:
One’s first impression of Reiko might be that she is bubbly air, and in some ways, they’d be right.
She is full of energy and upbeat, she’s still a child, after all. Whistles while she works, especially if you replace “whistle” with chugging some sort of caffeinated beverage. And with all her energy can come a little burn out. She needs the feeling of being “centered”, and me time, some daily meditation that usually involves her lucky charm, is a part of that. Is very irritable if someone interrupts it, and very low energy if she doesn’t get that time at all in a day. Then again, the later also applies to her when she hasn’t had her caffeine yet. She can’t exactly say she loves the world he lives in, but there is always something interesting, always another mystery. And like a child, she’s starving for attention, good or bad.
But although she may seem loyal and peppy, she’ll abandon you at the tip of a hat if something just doesn‘t “feel right“, if she can‘t feel like she‘s moving in a forward direction. Taken too far, her mind wanders bit everywhere. He hasn’t found any one thing that’s truly important to her yet, but feels that the searching for it might be more important than the actual thing.
In conversation, her sheer high pitch and speed of his speech would make it hard for anyone to hear him at all if she didn’t over compensate with volume, almost like a chihuahua. In conversation, she’s a good listener, verbally and nonverbally, and will often quickly try to match who she‘s talking to. Other times she has the tendency to try just a little to hard to make people like her, and as a result will be insincere, saying only what she thinks other person wants to here. Of course, she ironically hates being labeled; teenagers, what can you do? But at least she’s quick to at least think these found out really know someone, and will often stubbornly stick to these impressions.
And this is all two sided. One hand, she’s the kind that is more than eager to help, whether you like it not. But on the other hand, she’s beginning to become a bit of a gambler and conwoman, partially because of the crowd she’s currently hanging around with. She won’t admit to growing a little greedy, but her waster is just active as the horder: she blows through cash quickly.
And it’s more than just she looks that might make this money grubbing unexpected. She’s not normally very organized; pity on the souls that try to navigate her room or her bookbag. And she isn’t anything special in school either; she’s constantly late for classes. But give her the right motivation, all her boundless energy focused productively, and well… mwhaaahaaaaa!!!
Appearance:
Her height isn’t out of the ordinary, though she’s reached her growth spurt a little early; she’s actually the average height for a Japanese woman. She has a relatively petite frame, especially in comparison to the strange influx of westerners, and her features are generally soft. The most notable exception is her sharp, prominent chin, which she is selfconscious of. Her eyes are are a chestnut color along with her hair, which is naturally straight. Bazzongas with a capital b. Her skin is clear for a teenager, but how well her teeth are cared for is a different story, which is why she doesn’t liked show them while smiling. But the Japan, like the British, don’t have kind of obsession about dental care that Americans have.
On to fashion, she’s got a very particular style. Even though sailorsuits are becoming rarer are rarer for school , and being replaced with Catholic school style uniforms, she loves them. “School uniforms are the new black”, and apparently so are flowers and lace. This seems to go for hair too, since she only seems to like tails, but we are talking anything from a simple back one to twin drills, which she is particularly fond of. And for her and makeup, less is more- not for the typical reasons, but because she has the habit of going overboard. With her being active and bubbleheaded as she is, her face will frequently be messed up the time she gets home without her noticing.
History:
A Prolouge or: How I Learnt to Stop Worrying and Love the Cards
Like many born in the 70’s, Reiko’s mother, Yasu, was abandoned in a coinlocker as a baby. She was rescued and adopted by a caring family, but has known to have constant health problems. Despite the setbacks she’s made a name for herself as a professional in the Women’s Go League, her husband a simple salary man.
Because of all this, Reiko’s parents were determined to make her succeed from an early age. When Reiko wasn’t studying, she was being taught Go. Occasionally, Yasu would take her daughter to see Takarazuka plays with her as a reward for hard work. And while Reiko did grow to love the shows, they weren’t the real reason such outings were a reward; they were a meeting place. It was at these shows that Reiko met an girl named Sachiko. To put it simply, Sachiko was like a cool big sis. Just before a big exams, Reiko became completely zonked- the only thing that helped her pass was Sachiko visiting to encourage her to carry on, making a special charm as a reminder. A charm that became part of Reiko’s daily rituals.
Okay, It probably wasn’t exactly the best charm, as Reiko only passed by the skin of her teeth. And thus, she couldn‘t get into the academy that was part of the plan, instead going to a normal middle school. Yasu went into overdrive as an education mama in attempt to compensate this. But Reiko was disappointed for a different reason: a transfer in her father’s job meant she had to go to different school than Sachiko.
With her mother’s strict schedule, and thus no Sachiko, for Reiko’s first year of middle school, she became very introverted. The only real fun she had was occasionally playing with the old men at one of the Go salons, which she encouraged, and was a good excuse to get out of the house. It was here that she as approached by a member of the middle school Go club: the daughter of a pro was certainly welcome. And it was in this club that she became somewhat popular. She was definitely one of the better players alright, but the many of the kids just wanted to get close to her mother. These friends were nothing like Sachiko was, but she just got used to it, taking what she could get. This is also where her nickname started, as a joke after a particular stunning defeat.
As Reiko continued to be part of the Go club, Yasu became, for once, hopeful in her daughter, loosening her reigns a bit. And so, Reiko became insistent on trying to rekindle her friendship with Sachiko. They’d both changed a lot, but tried to anyway. Sachiko now seemed to have her own problems, and thus couldn’t exactly be the Obiwan she used to be for Reiko. Moreover, she had to balance her time between her new boyfriend and Reiko. Even though she thought the guy was nice, Reiko grew to really, really hate him really, really fast… really; she couldn’t even explain why. Once things got heated, they all knew it was best for the friends to just cut ties.
Without Sachiko again, Reiko need a new thrill, and when one of the old men at the Go salon started to bet money on his games with her, she’d found. It wasn’t long until some of the middleschool’s delinquents figured out what she was going and got real interested. Together, Reiko and the delinquents have started ot use the Go club as the subject of their own mini underground gambling rink. Getting comfy and hungry for more cash, they hook her up with the right guys, and she’s even starting to sell bootlegs, especially of digimon cards, and has thus gotten a genuine interest in the card game. In her real pack, she obtained a blue card, swiped into her bland name card reader, but was surprised when her reader transformed. However, it’s been a few weeks, and nothing else out of the ordinary has happened yet..
Info:She still hasn’t been able to get rid of her Kansei regional accent. Skilled player at Go, an ancient but ever evolving board game, for her age. Bookie.
Theme: Tornado by JAM Project.
Her lucky charm looks like this:
Digivice Appearance: white and beige. Her lucky charm hangs on her digivice.

Masahiro
Digimon: KoKabuterimon
Gender: Male
Personality: On first impression, you might wonder why the two are partners. Masahiro is perceptive, but not to the details that Reiko finds, more so the situations he is in. This may be because he is fascinated by human culture, but more specicially junk culture, oddly finding parallels between his life in the human world and the media he absorbs. And thus, because of his insight, he will often be the firs to see the gapping holes in a plan, and then complain about them. In fact, he’s usually making dry, witty, or at least what he thinks is witty, remarks about something or another, especially during combat. He may or may not be aware of his existence as a fictional character, but for now at least, he is at least trying keeps that secret. Or maybe he just read too much manga and went insane. In fact, his frequent rants that often degrade into gibberish and his habits of talking to himself suggest the later.
On the other hand, he’s surprisingly loyal for someone who gives as much lip disservice to his tamer as he does. He’s very protective of Reiko, but generally tries trust who she trust. Ussaully goes along with though in plan Reiko gets him into. And if he’s being difficult, he’s easily manipulated. If you think occidental otakus are bad, just wait till you see this interdimensional one. And perhaps more so Reiko, his own alone time is very sacred to him, he’ll often complain that all he wants to is “build plastic models”. However, another use of this time is spent on spying on teenage, human girls.

Each turn the ring is up, he can fire a razorwind at his encircled prey. After firing, although the doppelgangers reaming, he’s stuck in the spot that he fired blast from for a second, which leaves him much more vulnerable. Attribute: Virus

Attacks:
Laser Chaser: A tricky move. A laser is shot out of the index finger. It can make a number of twist and turns, looking like it has a mind of their own. In reality, its course of quickly preplanned before it is fired. In other words, it requires predicting you opponent’s movements to used properly.
Emit Claw: Blade shaped beams are, for the turn, formed on his fingers, ideal for when dealing with an enemy that he already has a hold of, or for a slashing attack.
Heavy Rain: He takes a strong leap backwards, then, with the new distance and height lets loose a rapid volley of energy bullets. The movement makes aiming difficult, so quantity is relied on for hits, not quality. Good counter attack. However, after releasing so much energy, it use any attacks on the turn it lands.

Attacks:
Shining Beenger: Is in no way a parody of G Gundam. All of his bee minions focus around one of his claws, and the all start to glow. He then lets out an overly loud and long speech while charging the blast, unable to do anything but make the overly longer speech:
“This hand of mine glows with an awesome amount of bees!
Their loud buzzing tells me to sting you!
Here I go, Shining Beenger!”
If interrupted, the next turn he lunges his claw in slow motion. As you can guess, it is extremely easy to avoid. It is just here for fun.
Bee Cyclone: Sets up a doom of bees big enough to soak up damage and a few other equal seized digmon if comfort is taken out of the equation. Attacking the dome from up close and unprotected can cause minor damage. However, he can’t move or attack while the shield is up. Last for three turns.
Tyrant Lasers: A stronger version of Laser Chaser, with up to three lasers at time. All come from his central orb.
Tyrant Stinger: Takes a turn to fly high above his target, then comes down at high speeds to ram his down so he can stab with his stinger containing powerful numbing toxin. If it misses, well, he’ll definitely crash, hurting himself, and leaving himself highly vulnerable.
