Hanako nodded. "Demidevimon...I dont think your name suits you at all." She said tilting her head, giving a kind smile. The influence was already working. "...and yes...my sister...Shana...I want her to pay for what shes done to me." Hanako said clenching her fists. "B-But Hana-chan! You're barely able to st---" "I want revenge, Lala." Hanako said firmly. Lala made a few whimpering sounds before nodding. "...I will fight beside you, Hana-chan." Lala said looking away. DemiDevimon knew at this point without a doubt that his hypnosis had taken some kind of effect on the young girl, just as he had planned. This meant that phase one of his plan had been a success. He flapped his wings and took flight before perching himself atop of Hanako's head.
"I myself have never believed much in revenge," DemiDevimon said to Hanako somewhat warmly. "But if she has injured you that badly in your last skirmish, then you must get more strength before returning for revenge... and I think I know someone who can really help you unlock this power." |

Hanako looked up at Demidevimon with a gentle look. "Really? Who is this one that can help me?" She asked. She wanted her revenge now and fast. Lala hovered over to one side behind the two, her gaze lingering to the other side. Hanako was different...it was as if all her kind nature was driven straight to Demidevimon...well...he did help her...so maybe he wasnt so bad...but something from deep within Lala said otherwise. She would need to keep her eye on him for now. [/color] |

"The one who can help you is actually a very powerful Digimon, in fact, the most powerful Digimon in the Digital World," DemiDevimon said warmly as he continued to look down at Hanako. He knew that everything he said was certainly peaking her interest. She really did want that revenge, and in his mind, she had ever right to. Of course he was interested in trying to help her get her revenge, but his intentions went much further than that.
"If I take you to him, you must travel to the Digital World." DemiDevimon said, quite aware that Lalamon would probably be cautious about this considering how dangerous the Digital World really was. |

"Really? Is he like...a deity or something? Like the deities in mythology?" Hanako asked. If he was that powerful, then he must be some kind of deity. "Whats his name?" She asked. When he mentioned going to the digital world, her eyes widened. "You guys...come from a world?" She had never imagined such a thing possible. Lalamon quickly moved over to the two. "D-Demidevimon! You know how dangerous our world is! We cant let someone as fragi--" "Lala! I am not fragile!" Hanako said looking to her partner, snapping. Lala was taken aback...she wasnt the Hanako she knew. Yuri really didn't expect this. At all.
Humming to herself, a young purple-haired girl skipped about the park. Yuri was the girl's name, an older sibling of the frail Hanako. She herself had never really been the target of Shana's physical assaults as Yuri was more than able to find ways to get Shana back. But poor Hanako- she was not quite as resourceful in these situations as Yuri. Though Hanako was perhaps more resourceful than Yuri in other situations, now was not one of those times. So there Yuri was, just skipping along in the park. Her eyes were filled with cheer and general happiness. This was one of the few days in which Yuri would be like this, since school ground down on her nerves so much.
Through her eyes, as Yuri passed a couple trees, she saw a beaten Hanako with a strange flower thing... as well as another girl and an oversized bat. For Yuri's tastes... the bat was pretty cute, actually, and the flower was pretty, as there was a lack of beauty Yuri could see in the floating flower for the moment being. But what was strange was that both creatures weren't exactly normal... It was then that Yuri realized something. Digimon. She saw one of these monsters on TV only a couple days ago! On a kid's show! Well, at least, that's what her peers called it... But it was on TV! "Whoa, when did the world turn friggin' sci-fi?!" Yuri blurted, taken aback in awe by both of the Digimon.

**Just a note, DemiDevimon's tamer isn't here.** DemiDevimon turned to realize that another human had apparently walked in on his little conversion. Terrible as it was, he wasn't sure how to get her out of this. This certainly was no good however. After all, his intentions were to bring Hanako, and Hanako only, to the Digital World. This other person could likely get in the way.
"Hanako, make sure you're eating some of those berries, they'll strengthen y ou up," DemiDevimon said to Hanako before looking up to Yuri, curious as to why she had decided to stop. Perhaps they had been a bit too obvious, considering they were Digimon somewhat out in the open. It hadn't seemed like anyone was around though. How had Yuri snuck up on them so efficiently, and why hadn't he noticed her? He looked up to her with somewhat of a frown.
"We're not sci-fi... We are real! What's it to you anyway?" |

Hanako's eyes brightened up. Setting the berries down and flying into her sister's arms. "Oneesama! I havent seen you all day!" She said smiling up at her. If anyone would understand, it would be her oneesama. Lala bowed her head. "You must be Hana-chan's older sister. My name is Lala...and this is Demidevimon. We, are not scifi as he says...we're digimon." She said floating over to Hanako who let go of her sister and sat back down, eating the berries. "Oneesama, dont you have a partner?" She asked tilting her head. The bruises on her face were beginning to swell up, and her blackened eye was all to noticable. [/color] |

Yuri blinked and the old image of the strange person disappeared. Was she hallucinating? It would explain a number of things if she were. The devil bat was saying that whatever she was seeing was real, but did he have any proof? Truly she had found herself able to bring pain to herself in dreams, so Yuri knew about that option being a failure. There wasn't much else he could really do... No matter, Yuri found it in her interests to just go along with the bat until she figured out what exactly was going on. Hanako, not a moment too soon, jumped towards Yuri. The older sibling lowered herself closer to the ground to accept Hanako's hug and looked over the girl's shoulder to her partner, who began to speak. Yuri nodded as Hanako let go of her and took a moment to think, raising her hand to scratch the back of her head, and nodding again.
"Uh, yeah. I'm Yuri. I've never heard of Lalamon, but I've absolutely heard of DemiDevimon. You, you were in that one show. Yeah, Digimon." Yuri stood to full height and looked back at Hanako. She finally realized the young girl's injuries and began to freak out, completely ignoring her previous question. "Hanako! Hey, are you okay? Who hurt you? Why? When? Are they still nearby?..." Yuri took a moment to think and became angry. Hanako was a helpless little girl. Who would dare do such a thing?! Anger flooded Yuri and she pressed her thumbs against both index fingers, curling both hands into fists. "Whoever did it is getting it. Nobody is ever going to lay a hand on Hanako like that so long as I live."

DemiDevimon rolled his eyes inwardly. He really didn't want to have to deal with all of these diversions. His mission was to get Hanako to the Digital World as quickly as possible, and being interrupted from his mission by Yuri's incessant concern was only an annoyance. Still, he had to hold his ruse and pretend that it wasn't bothering him. He had to pretend as though he had no where to get and nothing to do.
He simply flew once again and landed on the ground next to Yuri and Hanako as he looked up at the two of them, listening to them carefully. Even though he wasn't so interested, he had to make sure that he used anything which he found about Hanako's human relationships to his advantage. |
