An unfair battle indeed! How the heck was he to enjoy even the smallest sample of data, if he was getting attacked from every side like this? It would almost be impossible, but not completely hopeless.

Unfournately,he wasn't exactly the thinking time, giving him a disadvantage to these more tatical creature. Once hit in the leg by the cannon blast, the Monochromon took a knee. He growled as he glared up towards the goblin. But this was short lived as he soon felt the impact of the Commandramon's bomb against his exposed under belly.

"Oooooo! You're not fair! Uh??"

As he started to regain some sense of his surroundings, he was soundly knocked back by Veemon's head butt attack.

At the moment, this battle appeared to be going in the favor of the tamers.

Chaos had to admit this fight was unfair, still he wasn’t going to pull out of the fight just because of that. This Digimon came here to kill and get data, if they let him go he would destroy the city looking for Digimon to take data from. Still this was the last shot he and Goblimon had with the Digicanon. “Okay Goblimon hit him again.” he told his partner. Goblimon nodded and then fired another shot from the canon hitting Monochromon head on. There was a large explosion from the blast. “Did we get him?” Chaos asked. As the dust began to settle.

He still felt bad about this not being one on one, but he couldn’t risk it. His house was near by and Monochromon could easily destroy it and his family. He looked over at the other tamers and nodded to let them know he was going to stick with them no matter how hard this battle was. He could only hope they would do the same

Margras nodded to Chaos, knowing approximately what he was thinking. He then turned his attention back to Commandramon, to find that the gun-toting dinosaur wasn't taking any chances.

"M16 Assassin!" he yelled, opening up with his assault rifle at the cloud of dirt and debris thrown up by the explosion.

"Woah! Could you wait intill after Im out of the line of fire!!??"

Veemon quickly dashed from one side to another in attempt to avoid the Commandramon's bullets as they fired into the area of dust and uplifting dirt. Once safe, he sighed in relief while he checked his metal skin for any sign of bullets.

Brittany, meanwhile, was covering her ears as the loud gun fire was somewhat giving her a headache. Not only that, but she was really getting concerned that all this noise would soon draw some unwanted attention.

Then, when it seemed to have finally ended, the girl removed her hands from each side of her face, and frowned while looking back towards the two boys while crossing her arms over her chest.

"Well, if those last attacks didn't work, Im pretty sure that did..."

As the dust cleared, the party woudl soon see that Monchromon was on his belly, and his body badly wounded. But this was to be expected, after all, he had been hit in the legs, preventing him from doing any serious evasion. Not to mention that the previously explosion against his unprotected stomach had really taken alot out of him.

These constant attacks were too much, he was running out of time. He needed...he couldn't allow himself to just go down without a fight.

"Vol....Volcanic Strike!!!"

Within moments, the large dinosaur rapidly began to shoot balls of fire from his mouth towards the ground. His aim wasn't exact, but he was sure that two of them were headed towards Goblimon and Veemon. But the last one was headed for a human...a female one at that....Oh well...

As the dust cleared Chaos could see that Monochromon was badly hurt. He was about to offer the Digimon a way out, let him go back to the digital world as long as he promised never to return. But, that plan was soon scratched. The dinosaure began to fire off shots at them from his mouth. Goblimon, whose cannon was now gone, dived out of the way of the fire ball. Chaos looked at the last fire ball was headed to Brittany. He rushed over to her and pushed her out of the way. She might land a little hard but the most she would get would be a scrape. Chaos prepared to take the hit hoping he could survive it. Goblimon saw his human was in trouble and threw a Gobli Bomb at Monochromon’s Volcanic Strike. The Gobli bomb knocked the Volcanic strike of course a bit and instead of being directly hit, Chaos was instead hit by the shock wave that occurred when the huge fireball hit the ground which flung him into a light pole. His body was racked with pain but Chaos managed to get up clutching his left shoulder where the pain was strongest. He was hurt for sure but he had to keep fighting. Goblimon ran over to Chaos, “Are you okay human?!” He asked surpirsed by himself that he cared about Chaos. “Y….Yeah…. But we need…. To put him down…” Chaos said still having a hard time staying up.

Commandramon leapt out of the trees and knocked his Tamer to the ground, neatly avoiding one of the errant fireballs as he did so.
Rolling quickly off his Tamer, he aimed his left claw at the Monochromon, and yelled, "Strike Claw!"
An energy beam shot out of the weapon mounted there, slamming into the immobile Monochromon.
"Thanks, Commandramon," Margras said, sitting up.
"Don't mention it, Sir," Commandramon said, speckling back into visibility as he'd already given away his position.

Laying on her side, Brittany wasn't even completely sure what had happened. One moment, she was scolding the two tamers for going into overkill, next thing she knew, Chaos pushed her out of the way of some kind of bright light that was coming in her direction.

While she could feel some small scratches along her legs and arms, she wasn't seriously hurt. But, she quickly realized that she shouldn't be worried about herself.

"Chaos..."

Standing up, the girl dashed to the boy kneeling down so that she could look him over. As a concerned expression remained imprinted on her face, the young teen looked from the boys face, to his shoulder.

"You're hurt...."

Veemon, now somewhat enraged by the attempt towards his tamer's life, charged forwards once more, lowering his head as he gained speed.

"Vee-Headbutt!!"

Within moments, the steel dragon launched himself towards the Monochromon, hoping that his and the Commandramon attack would be enough to end this match.

"It...it wasn't supposed to end like this....Not like this!!!!"

Monochromon was hit with both strikes, causing him to lay his head down upon the ground. Within moments, his form began to fade into data. He tried his best to rise up, glaring at the group as he took one step forward. But, he soon tripped over his own leg, falling once again to the ground. Soon, the large dinosaur gave up, allowing death to over take him.

"I.....I was so strong....How could I loseeeee!!!!"

Then, he was gone, nothing but a spiral of coded information remained in his place.

Chaos smiled at Brittany’s concern for him. “Thanks, I’m fine though” he said and then wince as he tried to move his arm. “Okay, maybe I’m a little hurt.” He watched as the giant Digimon died and became data. “Should we let him go back?” he asked looking at the data flying around. “It doesn’t seem right to take his data when he attacked him like we did. Still he would have defiantly killed someone if he let him run around.” he said and then fell to one knee. The pain was shooting through him now that his adrenaline wasn’t pumping. He hopped Brittany didn’t blame herself for his injury. He gave her a small smile. “Nothing to worry about…beautiful….” he said and then fell on the ground. The impact had banged him up and his shoulder was dislocated, but he would live. Goblimon had stopped Chaos’s head from hitting the ground when he passed out avoiding any further injuries from occurring. He wondered why his master risked his life to save Brittany, was it the same reason that he was so worried about Chaos now. It was strange to actual care about someone for him but, He definitely cared for Chaos
