Kaiyou listened to Gazimon's story. "I see. Well...i'd stay clear of the places where us humans frequent...such as the park during the day. You'll get seen and i'm sure the police will come running. My place isnt safe either im 'fraid. My mother isnt the kindest of people." He sighed. Gabumon rose his clawed hand to his face, head tilting to one side. "Hm...well, theres not much to do now but head home. If you need a place to stay I can probably sneak you inside, even if my mother isnt kind...and it isnt the safest place...its safer then out here." He said standing up, looking to Gazimon.

A mysterious fog began to spring up out of nowhere, enveloping a large section of the park in its hazy delight, clouding all those outside the fog from seeing within and all those inside from seeing out.

Rhino snarled once, taking in its surroundings. Sniffing once, he caught the scent of digimon...mixed in with the scent of humans. It was disgusting to him, such a stench. He wanted to charge whoever those scents belong to and tear them to pieces with his horn.

"RRRROOOOOOARRRRRRRR!" Rhino yelled out as he stomped his feet on the ground in anticipation for some kind of battle.

"Im not stupid kid." Gazimon said, raising an eyebrow to the human "If your government really did cover that whole thing up, then seeing me walking the streets aint a good thing. Ill make sure to keep a low cover." He shook his head at the bit about him taking him home "I don't need your protection kid. Besides, if your hiding that mut over there already, I would say one more aint a terribly good idea. Don't worry, Ill be fine out here on my-"

Gazimon was cut off as the area suddenly was filled with a deep fog, and a loud roar was heard. Spinning around, the cat-digimon was faced with a rather formidable looking rhino digimon.

"Y-ya know kid..." He shuddered as he viewed the obviously disgruntled digimon, "Suddenly, your moms place sounds a lot better!"

Standing up calmly, Kaiyou turned to the digimon. He held out his digivice and the stats moved onto the screen;

"So...before we go, I suggest we take care of this here rhino." He said looking to the two of them. Gabumon moved forward. "Right behind ya Kaiyou." Gabumon said taking off towards Rhinomon. "Blue Blaster!" He yelled, a stream of blue fire shot out at the Rhinomon in a attempt to steer it off course or do some damage. "Why dont we heat up that fire a bit?" Kaiyou asked slashing the card.

Effect: Allows a digimon with the Special Ability "Fire" to shoot flames from it's mouth with the power of a Champion Level Digimon.

This would heat up the fire considerably. Even if he was armored.

Rhinomon caught sight of a Gazimon, a human and then a Gabumon. It seemed that all of them were hanging out together for some reason or another. But whatever the case was, Rhinomon was quickly becoming enraged by their presence, their mere existence. All he wanted to do at this point was erase them for the world, erase them from every plane of existence that his horn could touch with its golden light of destruction.

"PREPARE TO BE DELETED!" Rhinomon yelled out, a snarl causing steam to flare up out of his nostrils. Rhinomon, the golden beast of light was a force to reckoned with, his power, his shear might, his head strong attitude, it worked quite well together for him.

Gabumon seemed like he wanted to be the first one up and the first one to be knocked down. Rhinomon's legs began to pump ferociously, charging forward at the small group, ready to take them all out in one blow.

"Blue Blaster!" The flames that Gabumon had shot out were powered up considerably from the card that the tamer had just swiped, causing the stream of flames to enlarge and become much more potent than before. The flames collided with Rhinomon, causing a small explosion and then keeping him at bay as his legs kept moving, yet he wasn't moving forward. The initial shock of the blow caused a bit of damage, the prolonged exposure to the stream of flames was merely keeping him from moving.

"ROAR! GET THIS OFF OF ME, FEEBLE DIGIMON! TWILIGHT CHARGE!" The gaps in Rhinomon's armor began to spew light out of them, covering his body in a veil of light. One step forward, two steps, three and then he was pushing back against the stream of blue flames and moving forward toward the group...slowly...but then again, the flames intensity couldn't hold up forever.

The large rhino digimon did not seem happy, that was for sure. Gazimon took a few steps back as it charged into the flames, though its progress was hindered considerably as it collided with them. Not wanting to be in its way if it was to break free of the flames and continue its rampage, he moved away from the two fighting it, and behind a nearby tree off to the side to view from a fairly safe distance.

It seemed all this 'wild ones' business was indeed true. He didn't stand a chance against that thing by himself. The gabumon had a partner, so hopefully the two would be able to hold their own... he knew that digimon could be come far more powerful when accompanied by a human. If he saw an opening, sure, he would help the kid out, but for now, he was looking out for number one.

Gabumon's flames couldnt hold this digimon it seemed and was thrown back by his attack, Twilight Charge. Landing some feet away near Kaiyou. Kaiyou narrowed his eyes, "Can you stand, Gabumon?" Kaiyou asked. Gabumon stood up, shaking his head. "Of course!" Taking off towards the Rhinomon, he would use one foot to propel himself into the air, in a attempt to come down on the Rhinomon's back, if this worked, he would use Blue Blaster upon one of his already open wounds where light was pouring out.

"Foolish" Rhinomon said as his attack continued, the light energy still swirling around his body as he continued to rush forward, but was blow off balance by another attempt to thwart his rampage. He snarled once, as he body began to go in a different direction than he had wanted, slamming into a bunch of trees. The trees feel without much tension being put upon them and Rhinomon shook his head furiously, trying to get his bearings correct again. Some of Gabumon's previous attack had found its way through a small gap in his armor, a gap that was used to funnel energy out during his Twilight Charge attack. It seemed as though that was one of his weak points and couldn't expose it once more.

Rhinomon quickly reared its head around as he turned to face to face the tamer and the digimon.

"SPIRIT BLADE!" His horn glowed brightly before two beams of destruction shot forth, barreling toward the tamer and the Gabumon.

Leo continued to run through the streets, his new, strange device beeping even more incessantly as he approached whatever it was this thing wanted him to go and see. He had no idea where exactly it was leading him, but continued to follow, not even questioning himself why.

Gazimon braced himself. The Rhinomon had crashed into the trees that he had happened to be taking cover behind, and they began to give way, a rather large tree coming down atop him. He wouldn't be able to avoid it, not without getting into another trees path. It looked like this was going to be painful...

Leo reached the scene just in time. He didn't know exactly what was going on, seeing a Rhino of some sort fighting a small dog thing, and seeing a cat-like monster about to be crushed.

In a few seconds, his brain went through quite a bit of processes, seeing how the arrow seemed to lead him to this conflict, the Rhino seeming wild while the dog-creature was teamed up with a human, and the cat seeming equally as docile, but partnerless. He noted how the arrow on his digivice seemed to be pointing to the cat, the machine itself complimenting its colors, and noting the slot that seemed to transfer over from his card scanner...

Not positive what exactly he was doing, just going on instinct, Leo pulled out one of the cards he had taken with him from home, and swiped it through his device, the screen lighting up as he did so.

"Card Slash!" He said, not completely positive why, it just felt right "Yellow Power Bean!"

Effect: Increases the power and strength of a Virus-type digimon's attack up one level.

Gazimon never felt the tree crush him under its weight. His eyes were closed and his hands outstreached to break the fall, but the tree didn't topple atop him. Slowly opening his eyes, he saw he had caught it in his arms, and was holding up its weight. Out of the corner of his eye, he noted the new kids appearances, seeing a glow coming from his digivice. He smirked. Looked like he had a tamer after all.

"Hey, thanks kid." He said smugly, feeling the strength from the power bean card giving him the ability to heave the tree above his head (Though with quite a bit of difficulty, as it still was heavy) "Hey you big lug! I got a present for ya!"

He mocked, and swung the tree at the Rhinomon with his newfound champion strength now that the monsters back was turned to him.

Gabumon and Kaiyou were sent flying into the bushes. Kaiyou, knocked unconsious, Gabumon shook his tamer. "Kaiyou! Kaiyou!" He said looking back to where the Rhinomon and Gazimon were battling. "I'm on my own now..." He said taking off, "BLUE BLASTER!" He yelled. A stream of blue flames shot out towards the Rhinomon, aiming for one of the holes in his armor, hopefully it would hit and with the combination of Gazimon, it would go down.
