It had been a rather long time since Zhu had graced Japan with her prescence. Now fourteen and with longer black hair, she moved forward, wearing her usual garment. At her heels moved a rather odd-looking dog. This dog had pink ears and a tail that curled over. "Zhu." The dog said sitting down. Zhu looked down, tilting her head. "What is it?" She stopped. "Dont you find it odd that no one is around?" Lao asked. "Now that you mention it..." Looking around, her gaze returned to Lao. "I wonder where everyone is...?" She folded her arms, tilting her head. It had been quite some time since Mini had been to school. Having dropped out some time ago, the boy approached the vacant building with other intentions, intentions regarding the black-furred creature standing beside him...
"Looks like we got one in there..." The boy said, gazing down at his digivice, a blip upon the radar showing where his digimons next victims were.
"Well Mini... lets handle this the way we always do..." The creature said, a devilish smirk appearing upon his face as they looked over the school before them...

Lao's ears pricked. Eyes widening. Yes...I can feel someone's presence. He thought to himself. "Someone is here, Zhu." Lao said turning to face the direction he thought they would come from. Zhu turned her body in the direction, hand held folded against her chest, she stared gently at the buildings. What would emerge? A enemy, or perhaps a friend? She didnt know. But she knew she might have to fight with Lao; something she hadn't done in over a year. Lao braced himself, tail swishing as he waited for the digimon to emerge. [/color] |

The boy and his digimon continued through the halls, the human looking down at his D-arc as the blip on his radar grew close. Dex breathed in the air, smelling his prey as they neared it. He was anxious, of course, though there was no doubt in his mind they would emerge victorious. The two came to the door to the room the others were apparently inside, and Mini took hold of the handle, entering, with his partner right behind him. He observed the two they were confronting.
"Hello there!" he said in a rather cheerful tone "School has been out for a while now... and though I havn't been here in quite some time, I do recall pets not being allowed on campus..."
He gave a little chuckle as he looked at the girl and what he knew to be a digimon and not just a dog. He doubted it would act like one around him either, as it was rather obvious from the device in his hand and the creature behind him that he was a tamer as well. His partner was smirking, obviously more devious then he was, looking over the girls partner, seeming to size him up. One could almost say you could sense a look of hunger with in them...

Zhu blinked. "Uh...I just came back from China...im here reminiscing..." She said petting Lao's head as he sat down. "Woof." He barked in a attempt to fool the boy...but it appeared to not be working since his partner was obviously a dinosaur-like one. "...Is that a digimon?" She asked looking over at Dorumon. She tilted her head, blue eyes observing him. She didnt know that digimon came in all shapes and sizes...she just assumed they were dog-like. [/color] |

"China eh?" The boy said, scratching the back of his head "Bit of a ways off from here. Part of me wonders just what you would have been doing over there... but i've got other matters to attend to."
"No, im not a digimon. Im just your average black furred dinosaur, you know, like you see every day." Dex spoke up, rather sarcastically "You can stop pretending fido. I know you can speak."
Mini chuckled a bit. His partner wasn't doing much to seem very hospitible, but oh well. He suppose leading them into the illusion that they were would be a bit mean. Before he would let the digimon have his fun though, there was a tiny thing he wanted to ask.
"Since you are obviously a tamer too, ive got a little question for you." He asked the girl, seeming calmer then his partner was "There is this little digimon we have been chasing for quite some time now. Probably no bigger then your head, white, his ears expand when he gets happy... Its kinda important we find him though. You wouldn't happen to know a digimon like that, do you?"

Zhu listened to both of them speak. "...Hmph." Lao said standing up. "I am Lao the Labramon. I came here when I sensed Zhu crying." He said in a rather stoic tone. "And what is it you want particularly with this digimon?" Lao asked, eye brow raised. He sensed something else in their tone...was it...sinister? He wasnt sure. Zhu folded her arms. "I dont think i've seen the one you speak of...im pretty new to this whole digimon thing myself...and besides, even if I did...how do I know I could trust you into telling you? Your digimon seems a bit more sinster then you." She said in a slightly snappish tone. [/color] |

"The fella is probably gonna get himself in trouble if we don't find him." Dex scoffed, not seeing much of a reason to introduce himself, the digimon he was confronting might as well have been nameless in his eyes. "He can't seem to take care of himself properly. We need to make sure he gets to where he needs to be going is all."
"Sinister? Oh please, I think I have to at least be a little devious to keep up with this guy!" Minato chuckled lightly "And if you are new to this whole thing, my partner most likely wont miss the chance to teach the two of you a thing or to."
Dex took this as his cue, stepping infront of the boy, a devious little smirk of his own upon his muzzle as he eyed over the two. This would be easy.
"Digimon and humans are drawn together because humans have the power to increase ones battle potential exponentially. A digimon also happens to get stronger when he defeats one in combat and absorbs the leftover data. Obviously, we were brought into this world to battle one another." He gave a low chuckle. "And seeing as the two of you lack any information we need, you have little value to us. Your digimon there would be more productive aiding us on our path to dominate the digital world!"
The digimon opened his maw, and almost immediately at the end of his sentence, a large metal sphere had been shot out, flying twords the girls digimon at a velocity that would be problematic to collide with.

(Oh a quick note about this beam, it literally is the size of the whole classroom.  )
Zhu figured they would want to fight. Holding out her digivice, she pulled out a card quickly. "Card Slash!"
Name: Omega Cannon

Effect: The Digimon who is modified by this card will have an arm/tail or some other body part transformed into Omnimon's Cannon, or will altogether grow a limb for the cannon. This will allow the Digimon to use Omnimon's Supreme Cannon attack and fire an attack more powerful than a Mega Level blast from the cannon.
...A rather large cannon appeared on Lao's back. The cannon began to charge and then let loose a very powerful beam, isntantly incenerating the metal sphere and began to head straight towards the two of them. If this connected, it would send both flying out of the school and leave a gigantic hole in the school's side...a necessary risk. It would also give them enough time to escape. [/color] |

Under the cover and hollar of the lazer beam, the girl and her digimon most likely would not hear the breaking of glass while their attack destroyed the room and bust a hole in the school. When the dust cleared, there was no sign of the boy or his digimon, though that was not a good thing, as they obviously wern't dead. The blast had shattered all the rooms windows, so one probably wouldn't be able to tell that is where they made their getaway. Outside, Mini hung onto his partners back, who was flapping his wings, gliding through the air angrily.
"They said they were new to this... nobody mentioned the runt had a card that powerful!" The new, champion level creature growled, DexDorugamon gliding above the building, a scowl across his metal face.
"Cards that give a boost of power that great generally don't last long. I would wager thats the only blast they get from that... The human riding his back noted.
"Well when they think the coast is clear, im gonna go in there and show them just who they are messing with..."
