Michael turned around and saw brit and Veemon and smirked a little before replying to brits question. "If your talking about that weak exscuse for a champion Level digimon in the form of an Octopus me and patamon already sent that pecie of crap fleeing back to its mother" Michael said in a somewhat cold tone. Patamon looked at veemon and weakly smiled. "Hey man..." Patamon said in a somewhat sad tone he missed his old tamer more than he let on. This new Darker additued of his did not sit well with Patamon at all he wondered at times was it best he told him what he saw that day in the forest but that was in the past and this was now. |

Brittany noticed the change as well. It was alittle weird, it just didn't suit what she was used to when it came to the american boy. She crossed her arms over her chest as she tilted her head somewhat as she stared at Michael.
"Are you ok? You kinda don't sound like yourself..."
Veemon looked towards Patamon and blinked as he then glanced towards the human. Something wasn't right here. The rookie's tone said it all, and so did the human's comment about the digimon.
"Yea, I mean dude...no need to call him something like that. Even evil digimon need some kind of credit. Like, you could call him jerk...or even mean monster..."

Michael was about to speak again when patamon covered his mouth knowing it was going to be harsh words still Patamon had to think of something to get Michael away so he could explain. "Hey Michael why dont you go get something to eat you seem a little tense after that battle" Patamon segested Michael looked at his digimon and nodded. "Alright you hang out with your freinds patamon i,l admit im a little hungry" Michael said as he went off Patamon sighed with releif he thought Michael wouldnt have bought that one he was glad he did As soon as he was out of site Patamon began to speak. "Michael has been on the verge of breaking due to the rescant heart breaks hes delt with in The Usa before 9 to be exsact" Patamon began to explain and than turned to brit. "yours being the tenth one witch caused him to break Brittany" Patamon finshed he didnt hate Brittany but he was just telling the truth. |

"Me being tenth?"
Brittany looked towards the Patamon with a blank expression and then held a shocked expression as she covered her mouth. Did that mean that...he liked her? But then, how did she break his heart? She didn't even know that he felt that way about her...
"I didn't even know that he felt that way about me..."
Veemon held a shocked look as well as he then looked towards Brittany with a weak smile.
"Yeaaaaa....I knew about it..."
Brittany then looked towards the Veemon with a frown, but then watched as he waved his hands infront of his face as he shook his head.
"But that was before I knew what crushes were! I thought they were infections!"
Brittany couldn't believe that her own partner didn't know what crushes were, and how stupid she was not telling that he had one sooner. But...what could she tell him? After all, she had found someone else...Chaos. Though while she hadn't exactly expressed her feelings towards him, she really felt that there was something going on between them.
"Patamon...Im sorry..but I can't go with Michael. Im with Chaos....sorta...Im not even sure what to call us yet! But there is something there....."
Veemon lowered his head and sighed as he then looked up towards his tamer.
"I would have told you Brit...But I really wasn't sure if I could. Then you started hanging out with Chaos and well...it became more difficult to break the news..."

Patamon nodded as he looked over at Michael who was eating. "I understand brit i just dont know what to do" Patamon said as a few tears where coming out of his eyes that he couldnt help it. "I just want my old tamer back" patamon said as sad as any digimon could be 10 heart breaks was not easy to com back from and patamon knew it too. "But theres nothing i can do 10 heart breaks was his limit aparently" patamon said with a sad sigh after that last one other than himself he treated other digimon like crap and not the good kind either. |

Brittany sighed as she looked towards the boy and then frowned as she then began to walk towards him. She was obviously going to have to try and handle this herself. Though she wasn't really sure how to do so. Maybe if she talked to him, he would come to realize that people really did like him, he just had to find that one right girl for him.
Veemon watched as his tamer began to walk to Michael, causing him to somewhat panic. He wasn't sure what she'd do either.
"Oh no...She gonna talk to him...Dear god Brit! Don't do it!!!"

Patamon looked confused at veemon's expresion and than followed his gase to where it showed brit walking over to his tamer. "Oh hell" patamon said knowing this would not end well if anything at all would make maters worse but Patamon just prayed Brit knew what she was doing and sighed. Michael finshed a 5th bite out of his meal when he saw brit coming over and Michael still had the cold stared he had when Michael faced the octopus like digimon. "What the hell do you want?!" Michael asked not in the mood for another heart break. |

Brittany didn't say anything, in fact, she didn't even look at him intill she had taken a seat across from him at the table. Then, she just stared at him with a serious expression on her face. She was quiet for another long period of time, almost as if she were thinking of what to say. Then, she decided to say something completely out of character.
"So Im guessing you're just gonna act like a jerk now to everyone? Not exactly the best character image..."
Veemon sighed as well, hoping the same thing that the Patamon was. That the girl knew what she was getting into. Because this seemed like something Brit wouldn't walk into, but then, she had done alot of things different since they had met.

Patamon sighed it was starting out good thank god patamon just hoped to god that brit could bring her old tamer back. Michael was normaly so cheerfuly but now look at him cold and heartless someone had to be able to bring him back. Patamon just closed his eyes and listend from a far. Michael took a sip of his drink as brit began to talk after she finshed talking Michael took a bite of his meal and after swoaling his bite Michael began to speak. "I know patamon already told you so what do you want? You here to rub it in that im not in your league like every other girl has in the past?!" Michael asked his tone geting less cold than it was. maybe she was geting somewhere |

"If you really think that Im that shallow, then you really do know me that well...which is alittle sad..."
Brittany then placed her hands under her chin as she smiled at him. She could tell that she had least had his attention, so she would do her best to try and keep it.
"Because if anyone would know it, it would be my first american friend..you..."
The girl then sighed as she lowered her gaze and then tried to think of what to say next.
"I just don't know what to tell you Michael...Im not gonna say Im sorry for falling for a guy. I didn't even know that you felt that way about me...at all. I wish I did, but didn't...."
The young tamer than returned her gaze back to the boy as she placed her hands back on the table.
"But there is no way Im going to just leave you like this. For one thing, your creeping out Veemon,Patamon, and myself with this little dark version of yourself..."
