[atrb=border,0,true]Stingmon had defended against the attack, and in doing so significantly reduced the amount of damage in the attack. But this didn't mean that things were over. Stingmon's attack carried through the sharpnel and headed directly toward Flymon. The battle was close, but it was close battles such as this where Tamers came to shine most. And at this point, Chiaki felt she had it in the bag. "Digimodify! Excalibur Activate!" Chiaki said into the Digivice. At this point, Flymon's right pincer would transform into a hand. A long golden sword would then appear within it. Stingmon's attack would hit Flymon head-on, and Stingmon would effectively stab her. But whle he was inside of her, she had a nasty counter-attack prepared. And before he could get too far she'd aim to cut him in half with the sword. 24.Name: Excalibur Duration: 3 Posts Color: Gold Effect: Summons a sword for the modified digimon to use. If the target of the digimon's attack is virus, the user's attack is raised by one level. If the target is not a virus, the user just gains the weapon to wield in battle. Don't go chasing waterfalls!

He had already sustained some unnecessary damage to get within close range of his opponent, and from how things looked, Flymon was definitely in the lead. But his stinger had pierced true into the giant insect's body, a solid attack if he must say so himself. All it would take is the swing with his other stinger an- He had noticed his opponent's claw had shifted into a hand, one that wielded a shining blade. That couldn't be good. Ringo knew what such a card was capable of, though considering the circumstances, there wasn't much he could do. Except... "Digimodify! Yellow Power Bean Activate!"Stingmon's stingers would become several times larger than before, the one embedded into his opponent's body sinking even further into her body to ensure they would be locked. Flymon was sure to strike regardless of the damage. The green insectoid monster readied his other stinger, driving it into his opponent's body point blank while the yellow beast before him would swing her sword into his body. A mutual attack. 2.Name: Yellow Power Bean Duration: 1 Post Color: Yellow Effect: Increases the power and strength of a Virus-type digimon's attack up one level. (f.e. [atrb=border,0,true]"AHHHHH! My Kunemon!"
Chiaki cried out when the attacks collided. Both of the two Digimon it seemed were defeated on the same hit! They were both defeated on the same move! It was a draw! But it felt more like a loss. Chiaki looked down at her Digivice as the image of her Flymon would revert back into a digiegg.
Sighing, Chiaki placed her Digivice back into her purse and looked up at Ringo. The girl stomped her foot impatiently.
"Gah! That was silly... draws are such a waste of time!"
And what was worse was that now they had to wait for their digieggs to hatch again! That could take up to a full day. So they had to wait at least that long before playing again... provided they didn't have other digivices to play with, and Chiaki had left her other ones at home.
"I can't believe we both lost."
Don't go chasing waterfalls!

This was one of his very few Tamer fights outside of a computer, and he had managed to tie with another high ranking player. He had to say, despite being the Overl0rd, Ringo's nerves had been shooting like fireworks the entire time they fought. At least he didn't lose...sort of. Chiaki didn't seem as relieved with the outcome as the boy was, though. She seemed to have really wanted to win that one. He could only imagine how she would have acted if she had lost; this would have probably been the last time he would have seen her in real life if that was the case, keeping his distance for his own safety. But there was something satisfying about her childish attitude. It was how SexyTiger121 acted online, at least with her text, making the teen feel closer to his friend now knowing she really was his online companion. "I thought it was pretty cool. You didn't beat me, but at least you didn't lose. It may even show that we're equal, or something," he said with a slight smile. The boy pocketed his digivice, sighing as the remaining nerves of the fight rolled off of his shoulders. Now that their quick confrontation had ended, maybe the boy could get a look around this wonderful place. Ringo reached down, picking his silly visor off of the ground and replacing it atop his hat. "So how about we go in and take a look at this wonderful place?" He motioned toward the ZONY building shadowing over the girl's back. |
