Well this was a first. Kyle had been happily sitting at home, eating a late dinner with Lucemon - his parents out at one of his father's business dinner things. The kind of snobby one's where they all dress fancy and have dinner and make small talk while the men conduct their business deals...or something. Kyle didn't really pay much attention. Anyway, Kyle had been having a quiet dinner with Lucemon - the little guy could eat! - when his digivice started beeping. And last time that happened was because another digimon was nearby.
He unclipped it from his belt and held it up - another holographic display appearing...this one like a...compass? It spun for a second and then stopped, pointing in a direction. Kyle looked over at Lucemon, but the digimon was just as in the dark as he. "Should we...go?" The human asked, and then they were off.
The digivice led them to the Shinjuku Park - Kyle theorised that another digimon had appeared, like Devimon. And his digivice was leading them to it...? To what end? The last time a digimon appeared it caused havoc...and this time there were no army men nearby to gun it down.

The shinjuku park was often the place where digimon spawned after being warped to this world, but never was under any military control. The damn place was always too crowded - placing a heavy military presence without alarming the general populace was impossible. This was why more often than not the digimon that spawned here had a chance of escaping somewhere... A particular area of the park suddenly was engulfed in a weird mist - it appeared so suddenly it could have been something natural. And it really wasn't, it was a sign that a digimon spawned in the area, but few knew that, and even less took heed. Fortunately, now that it was dark there were no people around to witness what came out of the portal... And it was ... a strange creature... - Ow! Owwie!Keramon rubbed his head as he was tossed out of the portal. Well this was no fun at all - to be tossed like this. But the next moment creepy cheerfulness overwhelmed that light displeasure, as the digimon found that he was in a whole new place. New place - new games yay! A weird grin from one ear to another appeared on his face. It was just like keramon rolled - he took everything as a game. Unfortunately, it is not as harmless as it sounds...

Kyle continued to follow the digi-compass as Lucemon walked beside him - his true nature hidden by the trench coat he wore. The place wasn't quite as full as it would have been if the sun was still up - fortunately for them if a Digimon did appear. The compass began to take them deep into the park, and Kyle stuttered for a second when he saw a random cloud of fog ahead. That...can't be normal.
"Luce, do you wanna fly up and get a better view?" The human asked the digimon, since their vision was impaired by the fog. The digital angel nodded and threw off the coat, handing it to Kyle as he flapped his eight wings and achieved flight. The winged boy lifted up, over the fog and his eyes managed to make out a black shape near the centre of the mass of moisture. Digimon!
The angel quickly flew back down to the human and informed him of the mass in the centre, giving his theory on what it could be, and Kyle had to agree with him. His digivice had now stopped being a compass...and the teenager held it up, pointing it towards the fog - last time this gave him a readout on the enemy.
For a few seconds it gave the tamer nothing, then when the boy shook it it gave him a readout - not as detailed as others. All he got was the name - Keramon - and information of it's attack, and how it thought everything was a game, no matter the damage it caused. "Be careful of it's mouth Luce - that's where it's attack comes from." he said, looking up at the digimon that was still levitating above the park.
The angel digimon nodded and held his hand infront of him, conjuring a javelin of light and cast his gaze towards the mass of fog - which was rapidly receding, as if it never was. He could catch the first real glimpse of what they were about to face. While the knew that Keramon could be destructive in his quest for fun, it wasn't being hostile, yet. But Lucemon prepared himself for if the other digimon became so.

Keramon looked around for a bit, before getting bored. It was so lonely out here, there was absolutely no one to play with! And the dark... It was so very dark. Keramon didn't like the dark, although he did see a lot of pretty lights around, coming from the buildings. City at night was indeed beautiful - something the digimon never saw before. But it grew dull from just staring at the lights - they were boring, they didn't do anything!
- Is it a bird? Is it a plane? - the digimon asked when he heard wings flapping from above and looked around. He did not see too well in this darkness, or fog, and wished to get out of it, however, he couldn't being too disoriented and lost for his own good. He then gazed in the air, and saw the javelin the angel wanted to throw at him as a beacon of very bright light, which was moving closer and closer.
- I make a wish upon a star ... to have somebody to play with naww! I cannot stay alone here forever! - the keramon said upon folding his arms in a form of a prayer, and upon finishing folded his arms with a stubborn expression on his face, which almost spoke for itself as in "Gimme it now!" in a form of childish demand, as he waited for somebody to show up...

By now Lucemon and Kyle could see the rogue digimon - the fog having receded into nothing. Is this guy for real? both Kyle and Lucemon thought, to some degree - it both looked and sounded like...it was a bit special. And a brat! And Kyle, no offence, generally didn't like kids in general, let alone whiny bitchy kids. The human looked up towards Lucemon and tried to talk low, so Keramon wouldn't hear. "Ahm...do we attack him? We can't leave him here but..." He finished by casting his glance back at the other digimon - which looked like it was having a huffy fit.
Lucemon wasn't really feeling much different - confused by the other digimon's behavious. He was used to digimon having purposes, tasks to do. And battle's to fight - like his own with Devimon that he almost lost. "I don't know...Let's see what he does?" Said the angel as he flapped his wings in the way that would allow him to float lower and closer to the Keramon - ready to mid-air dodge roll or bring up his javelin to parry in the event that it was playing them.
Kyle had, by now, readied his power-up cards, ready too for any sort of confrontation. Lucemon looked like he could handle himself - and that javelin is so awesome - but his power-ups were just incase he needed the extra boost.

As the fog finally cleared out, a sight was set upon the Keramon's eyes. An angel in a ray of gleaming white, purifying light. The grin on the digimon's face went even wider, if that even was possible - now he had a new friend to play with. He clapped his hands in excitement as the angel descended, and sprinted towards the location where it should have landed.
- Yay! The magic star has worked! The magic star has worked! - he sounded very happy, but confusion appeared on his face when the angel stopped in mid-air, just several feet above him. And didn't go down any further. This was distressing for the keramon. Why did he stop? Didn't he want to play with him? The keramon then pulled his own head backwards, showing a sad face drawn underneath his chin.
- Hey! I am over here! Let's play! - he whimpered childishly and jumped in the air a few times in an attempt to grab the Lucemon by the leg. Though it was not very successful, until he accidentally jumped too high...
What they didn't know, was that the whole scene was witnessed not by them alone. Hiding in the shadows, there was yet ... another creature, which did not quite understand where this was going, and wished to see what happens next...

Kyle's eyes quirked as he heard the creature - it seemed so...innocent...? Childlike? Kind of like a reverse Lucemon. The tamer wearily stepped closer - just incase it sprung something - his back was still healing from Devimon's attack. Lucemon, meanwhile, had bounced a little higher and higher - not really wanting to be held onto by his leg. Then, by reflex, the angel slid backwards through the air - about six feet or so - when the Keramon took off - sailing higher than him. Okay...
Lucemon cast a confused glance back at Kyle as the Keramon came back down towards the earth. And Kyle could only return it. Maybe this wouldn't be a malicious digimon afterall...? They both stared at the Keramon when it returned to their level and Kyle took another step forward as Lucemon decended to hover beside him. "Ahm...Hi?" With all Keramon's talk about magic stars working and wanting to play...he really wasn't sure what to think. Maybe he was just misunderstood...? A bit overzealous in his quest for fun...?
Again he looked towards Lucemon for direction - how does on make first contact with a digimon like this? "Ah, why are you here?" Would be a good place to start.

- I dunno... - the Keramon stopped trying to reach out for the flying Lucemon, and looked at the boy with a confused stare. He scratched his head, trying to remember anything, anything at all. - I was at the village playing with friends, when then suddenly flash boom yay and I am here! - he explained, though his explanation didn't pour any light on what happened. As the boy was thinking, the keramon lost his interest in the human, instead trying to steal a feather from the lucemon's wing, seeing it as funny that he didn't like it... Meanwhile the mysterious observer that staled the trio lifted herself up in the air, soundlessly. Harpymon figured from the intercourse that they would not be fighting one another. It was rather unfortunate for her. During her time here she noticed that often if a digimon spawned, he was intercepted by some other digimon with a human. She figured that she should seek out such locations, allow them to fight, and then take down the weakened victor. This was not going to happen here however. She still had an element of surprise working for her - the enemy's guard was down, she was above them, and had the initial advantage. Plus she was a skilled warrior, a champion, while they - hnh, a bunch of rookies. This would be a sinch. Flying into better position, and keeping out of sight, the digimon prepared to attack, and then... - Wind seeker! - the screech from above came, as the harpy unleashed a barrage of wind currents, which were as sharp as knives, at the human, and two digimon below...

Okay, that...didn't really answer anything.. Though it did shed light on the fact that the digimon was transported here not by his own will, by something else...interesting...or terrifying, depending on who, and why, digimon were being transported to this world. Kyle was about to warn Keramon that plucking a feather from Luce would probably result in getting slapped by that javelin of light that the angel was still holding when he was interrupted - Wind Seeker!.
Kyle looked up towards the source but was slammed into by something - that he would learn was Luce in a second - and knocked backwards onto the ground. As the human sailed backwards he saw...blades of air cascade down on the area that, mainly, Lucemon and Keramon were occupying. A scream of pain erupted from the Keramon but Kyle couldn't see any more before his body collided with the earth.
By now Kyle was looking upwards, not able to see anything in the darkness. Lucemon, however, had faster reflexes than the human - hones from his time fighting in the digital world - and caught a glimpse of another winged creature in in the trees. The angel lifted himself - literally - off the tamer and rose into the air and hurled the javelin towards the source, conjuring another one directly after and hurling it as well.

Keramon didn't get a chance to figure out what went on so suddenly: a moment ago he was playing with his newfound friend, and the next his sight went dazed, and crippling pain was felt all over his body. The blades of air slashed through him, making the poor digimon fall unto the ground, writhing in pain and anguish. He did take most things as games, but this was too much...
- This is a bad game, it hurts. Make it stop make it stop! - the keramon cried out and tried to get up, but failed - one of his hands was slashed severely, and he fell again, his face hitting the cold ground.
The Harpymon expected some attacks coming at her after her "intro", so the javelins weren't really a surprise. She dodged both, and then plunged int a nose-dive, coming at the lucemon at great speed. He looked defenseless in close-quarters, not having any armor, or fangs, or teeth, so she figured she'd tear him apart if got close enough. She expected a javelin thrown at her, but was ready to take a hit - after all, she was a champ, while he - a rookie, and she was data, which held advantage against vaccine attacks...
